Summary
Pansy Parkinson had a brilliant, but petty idea: Hermione should give Ron a taste of his own medicine— after quite the public break up Ron Weasley insists one parading whichever girl he deemed special enough for the night in front of Hermione— and frankly, Pansy had enough of Hermione’s moon eyes.
A petty arrangement is proposed between Hermione and Pansy’s best friend, Draco Malfoy. Hermione refuses at first, not wanting a relationship or a one night stand but when Pansy utters the words “Play Pretend,” followed afterwards by “he’s gay,” well, Hermione saw her chance to make Ron’s head pop off.
Only, things never go according to plan when Pansy is involved. Hermione should have known better. -

Summary
The wrapping was a shimmering blue paper that reflected in the light. Hermione tore through the paper to reveal a sturdy black box. She carefully pried open the lid, and a gasp escaped her lips. With a shaking hand, she pulled out a long feather quill that had been dyed a very deep blue.
…
The quill scratched over the parchment as an invisible hand began to write. It wrote a single line, then stopped in place.
‘Took you long enough. Is this the first time you’ve tried to use it?’
She recognized that tight, angular script. ‘Malfoy?’
…
Hermione paused, and her eyes rested on Malfoy’s note from last night:
‘Why do you clutch at your arm every time you see me?’
Words jumbled around in her mind until slowly, deliberately, she wrote back:
‘My scars haven’t faded yet.’Series

Summary
‘Where’s my wand?’ he mutters into his knees.
Jameson glances at one of the Aurors who edges his way closer.
‘The Ministry seized it when you—’
‘I want my wand,’ he says, and he sounds…tiny. Like a little boy.
‘Look lad, once you’re in the shelter, you can see about getting your wand back,’ the Auror closest to his side says, the badge at his hip glinting.
‘I can’t go there,’ Malfoy says into his knees. ‘Please. Please don’t make me go there.’ I realise he’s crying. That he’s hiding his face to stop them from seeing. That this is the first time I’ve ever heard him say the word please. That he’s scared. That Draco Malfoy is asking for help.
Something shatters inside me and—
‘He can stay with me.’

Summary
Hermione Granger is 27 years old when her life falls apart. Cheated-on, flatless, fed up with her job, she decides to change one thing she can--take a class and try for some career advancement. But change is never easy, especially when an old enemy is the catalyst.
And the class instructor.
"Just as the minute hand clicked over to the hour, the doorknob twisted and a figure slipped into the room. He was tall, a bit windblown. Hermione had a general impression of crisp cuffs and polished leather, and then a more specific one of the most beautiful grey coat—highlighting his shoulders and eyes, skimming to just the right place on his knife creased trousers.
His movements were precise and confident.
He was wearing the softest-looking gloves.
He was not Professor Belinda Rowle.
He was Draco bloody Malfoy."Series
