Summary
The voices where raising again, Cap was demanding his name, others were spilling into the tent guns drawn, and Tony knew them. He knew their faces vividly, he had heard their stories since he was a kid; the Howling Commandos.
“Oh, my god he croaked,” it wasn’t possible, there is no way he had… Steve was still pressed close to him looking concerned while the others argued around them. The ringing got worse, and a misty greyness was creeping across his vision. Suddenly he had to get out of the suit, it suffocating, he couldn’t breathe he needed to….
Trembling he reached up hitting his failsafe the suit peeling back as he tumbled out. Or at least he would have but strong arms caught him, he looked up into those achingly familiar eyes.
“I’m sorry,” he breathed before his mind shut down and blessed blackness claimed him.

Steve’s forehead wrinkled in thought, “I don’t remember,” he confessed.
“Yeah March 10, 1920,” Tony offered voice soft, as the jazz swirled around them. Tony leaned over the table, kissing him sweetly on the lips, “I’m sorry we missed it this year love, we’ll do something extravagant next year.”
Steve smiled at him, well his snarl, but Tony thought maybe it was softening a bit looking more like a smile and less like a baring of teeth.
“As long as I get to spend it with you,” he rasped and Tony melted.

Summary
Tony Stark returns home from Afghanistan to find his life turned upside down. Pepper and Rhodey are gone and he is alone. As he tries to piece back together his life he is kidnapped once again and sold away to the highest bidder.
Bucky Barnes hates Tony Stark. His whole squad survived their tour overseas only to have a Stark missile misfire on American soil. He alone survived the blast but was left with only one arm as a result. The metal replacement arm Stark dropped at the hospital malfunctions the first time he's back in the field. Discharged from the army with no where to go he begins transporting probably stolen art for an auction house.
When he discovers his latest job is not art but instead the human he hates most in the world he must make a choice to help the bound man or to look the other way and deliver him to his buyer.
