Summary
About a week after that, All Might asked Izuku if he was aiming for the hero course at UA. The question was so sudden that Izuku nearly dropped a microwave on his toes.
The truth was, if All Might had asked him that a week ago, there would have only been one possible answer to that question. All Might had gone to UA, UA was the best, so Izuku was going to go there too, if he could. But things were a little different, now that he was going to receive All Might’s Quirk.
“No,” he said, decisively.
All Might looked caught off guard, which was a very rare expression on him. “No?” he echoed, like he couldn’t believe it.
A laugh bubbled out of Izuku’s throat. He honestly couldn’t believe it either. “No,” he repeated.

Or, All Might tells Izuku about All for One before he gives him One for All, and everything changes.

Summary
He just wakes up and the world is different. Heroes don’t exist, people don’t have quirks— except for him. Oh of course he freaking has one! Because even in this twisted timeline, Izuku Midoriya still finds himself as the outcast. But maybe this time he can use it to his advantage. He can save people. Izuku Midoriya can become a hero! Well, he’s more like a vigilante at this point, but who cares about labels?
The neighborhood police task force, that's who. Aizawa can feel the headache coming on already. And why does this strange kid seem to know so much about him?

Aizawa Shouta was tired.
Crouched on the edge of the roof as he was, he observed the streets below him silently. He was coming to the end of his patrol, and if everything remained as it was, he'd be able to catch a decent nap before having to report in to the school for another round of proctoring.
Which, of course, is when he saw the kid being chased down the alley.
