this takes place when Izuku leaves UA and sends letters to his friends explaining his quirk
Hey Uraraka I need to come clean
Ochako Uraraka wasn't stupid, Izuku midoriya was her bestfriend, and her crush she quietly admitted to herself and no one else. So she knew Deku kept secrets from her, it wasn't a big deal he had a right to have secrets like the rest of them so she wasn't so concerned about his secrets or his strange relationship with All Might some except Bakugou would think that All Might was Izuku Midoriya's father due to how close they were.
it's about my quirk you see until the day of the entrance exam I was quirkless that was the first day I used my quirk
Uraraka could feel her jaw falling down after hearing that Izuku Midoriya or as she made the nickname that was used to bully him until she turned into something good Deku was quirkless. Her respect for Deku went through the roof and that feeling in her chest became bigger even without knowing he had a quirk he still went out of his way to save her while powerless.
But the truth is my quirk existed for along long time it's a quirk that can be transfered to someone else. its complicated to get into the history but in short one for all was created by all for ones brother he was also against all for one and passed on his quirk to others that would carry on the legacy the one who used one for all before me was All Might. Yeah that's right All Might gave me his power you wouldn't belive how I reacted when I first heard he was gonna give me his quirk after I saved kacchan.
Uraraka was gonna get a headache trying to understand what Deku was trying to say. If she didn't know about all for one she would've believed that this was just a prank.
But well heres the thing that isn't my biggest secret maybe this is me being stupid but if i don't make it back, I want you to know my biggest secret

hopefully nothing ruins the moment as they kiss
Yeah romance isn't my strong suit so i tried my best. Anyways I always felt like izuku and uraraka are endgame hopefully that ship happens
