"Sod off," Sirius mumbled, trying to shake off his daze.
The truth was, the reason for his distraction was deeply personal: the memory of walking in on Remus touching himself in the showers six weeks earlier still lingered persistently in his thoughts. The encounter had left Sirius in a state of confusion and bewilderment. He found himself going back to the incident at the most awkward times. To his mortification, he had also developed a bewildering fixation on Remus. He noticed details about Remus he'd never paid much attention to before: the pattern of freckles across his skin, the beauty of his features, the subtle expressions that played on his face, and the way his hair caught the light.
Sirius's thoughts always returned to Remus and the confusing feelings he was experiencing. It would take years for him to fully realize that what he felt for Remus was more than friendship– that this was the beginning of romantic feelings for his best friend. This realization would mark a turning point in Sirius's life, setting the stage for a relationship that would change both their lives forever.

Shows the marauders from fith to Seventh year, including flashbacks from previous years
Wolfstar is the main pairing and I absolutely love them here
They are so sweet and actually possess communication skills
It’s not toxic, an exploration of identity and sexuality
Pinged with sadness and painful experiences but they live
Throughout the story little comments hint at the future (canon compliant) but nothing explicit
Overall it’s a happy ending forgoing the fact that doom awaits them during the first and second wizarding war but yeah excellent story and incredible writing style -
