Hi! I think it's so cool for you to share this. I also suffer from PCOS, IBS, Anxiety, and Depression. It has been really tough since I got diagnosed a few years back. But seeing how so many authors open up about their issues makes me feel less alone. When my depression and anxiety are being mean to me, I lose all will to do anything (including reading some of these awesome stories). I know that you may lose the ability to write some days, but I hope you don't abandon writing completly. You are really good, and I admire you for writing while being in so much pain. As Van Gough said, through pain comes greatness (or something like that lol, I'm too tired to look up the direct quote).
Hi!!! The most important thing, like I would tell a friend that found it hard to get out of bed each day and sometimes wouldn't, is this... just try. Even if you don't do that one thing you wanted to do, even if you never get out of that bed or chair... it's okay because you're still here and you tried. You're strong just fighting enough to still wake up each day and be here. Little accomplishments are big to some and should be celebrated! Anxiety tends to keep me in the house a lot. lol USed to really badly as a teenager. lol So to me just going out or getting up? Or doing something on bad days? That's something to be celebrated! PCOS is hard. It's hard to come to terms with, like all infertility issues. But there is hope for it. I use Chasteberry Tree supplements (Be careful because that's how I ended up with our son. lol), Berberine will help with insulin, and I just learned about Black Seed Oil helping with cycles too after a lovely reader commented on it. I got lucky and my most recent Gyno has PCOS and a lot of the nurses do there too. So, she was able to lead me in the right direction. Although Chasteberry, I was told by a holistic doctor ages ago. LOL But the other two I just leanred about. Berberine be careful on the stomach end though with IBS. Also, I found sometimes diet helps with PCOS too. YOu probably know all this. lol Sorry. Anyway, I'm supposed to go to that really cool Van Gough exhibit with my mom in a month. ^-^ Speaking of him. Anytway, thank you so much and you got this too! I believe in you!
