Muggle explosives? Terrorism? Whaaat? I see some parallels between our stories already ;D I am excited to read more. And Prague!!! How cool is that? Perfect city for a detective noir story. I am a bit puzzled by the Longbottoms, weren't they already in St Mungo's when Neville was a baby? Am I mixing stuff up? Also, I am not buying that with the injuries you mention here they can save someone from dying, even the BAMF Madam Pomfrey, and even with magic -but I am willing to suspend my disbelief for the sake of this story ;D This is super long, so I am not promising a comment per chapter like I normally do, but I will be back!
Hey there! You are the best! And you are absolutely under no obligation to leave chapter by chapter comments. This story has gotten sooooo long and I think it is really great that you stopped by to check it out at all. I fully realize the commitment this monster can be, so no pressure. And no pressure if you get into it and are like, you know what? Not my thing.
I definitely decided to take the detective noir elements and run with them . . . all the way to other foreign cities. I got kind of tired of the constant focus on wizarding Britain and Prague had too much potential to be ignored. Frank and Alice were definitely at St. Mungos but let’s just say some shit went down and they were . . . misplaced. You are the first person to mention that Aaron’s injuries probably should have killed him. They damn near almost did. I might have to research just how torn up someone can get before there is just no coming back . . . he fully should have almost died.
Anyhow, thanks for the feedback! And for checking out the story! I can’t wait to start yours. I am saving it for the weekend when i can sit down and read it properly :)
Of course I will read it! I dumped it on my Kindle to read properly, I will be back with comments.

Exactly my sentiment!! And I mean, let's face it, it is super small, there is only so far you can chase a criminal there ;) Good stuff!
Yeah, human bodies are surprisingly squishy. I am wondering when the police will knock on my door and demand to know the reasons for my google searches on "how much blood can you lose and still have livor mortis" and shit ;D so much fun, though.
Oh wow I don’t know if it has ever been read off a Kindle this is exciting. Thanks for giving it such a thorough look. It needs it.
Yeah like, I got to the point where I needed more location variety (you’ll see why), and the canon world started to feel too small. It starts out much like a Hogwarts story but veers off course fast (or so I’ve been told lol) and I needed less limits for the murder and mayhem.
Oh I’ve no doubt whoever monitors internet activity has a drinking game called “murder/crime/thriller writer or actual serial killer?”
