Really liking the story so far, and I can’t wait to read more! The difference between Sylvain’s internal monologues from the previous chapter and this one are really noticeable. They don’t wander into “girl thoughts” as often, but instead are just plagued by all this internalized hatred and doubt. I love how Byleth already has them clocked, and I love the budding friendship with Bernie.
