   Little tip for working with these neo pronouns specifically. Xe and xer follow the same grammatical convention as she and her, but the “sh” and “h” are replaced by an X.

   I know a lot of people who had a hard time using they/them pronouns for people because it was still rare a few years ago. All it takes is practice.

      Yah it was confusing for me too and I use she/they pronouns!
