I’m not sure why everyone is acting like a judgmental jerk as if John is uniquely evil or different than they are? I mean, Yelena killed a bunch of guards just doing their day jobs and Ava was gonna be okay with using Cassie to blackmail Scott, and Alexei literally was ok with child trafficking. I don’t understand why everyone acting like him killing the flag smasher guy is this unimaginable thing when Yelena was gonna kill Clint for the same reasons? Is everyone meant to be hypocritical? This feels like everyone is so deeply un-empathetic and just throwing John out into the cold like he’s trash.
It's made this hard to read, because of how hypocritical it is. Why's Yelena not rotting in jail? Why's Ava? Why's Alexei not back in jail? You can make a good argument everyone else has done worse then John, his biggest F-up is doing it in front of cameras.
Like literally within the first couple minutes of the Thunderbolts Yelena kills people of her own will. She felt so OOC. (I had no issue with Sam however because he dislikes John anyway, and his actions in TFATWS)
Part of the appeal of the Thunderbolts is they're all fuck-ups who banded together, and went through their worst memories to help Bob and stop the Void.
You know, being together to stop the void, literally and metaphorically.
Where's the John Walker bashing tag? This chapter sure felt like it.
"We'll just have to not piss him off"
Well his whole team thinks of him and treats him like trash so.
