Chapter Text

*** The hero Gala a year before Shoto starts U.A.***

“Congratulations All Might,” Mera said. “Endeavor and Hawks.” All Might and Hawks smiled, Endeavor just grumbled. “The president has a special reward for you three.” They all looked at him. “Please follow me.”

The three of them followed Mera. and met the president in a private room that looked like a theater. She was with one other person. They were told they were going to be shown their happy futures. Apparently the other person had a psychic quirk. They were ushered to sit in the big comfy chairs.

So they did so, the psychic touched all three of them, then one of his eyes turned into a projector. And images appeared on the screen of the boys in preschool.

***

A four year boy with black hair and All Might’s eyes dressed like a mini Eraserhead was playing with two other boys. One one a white haired mouse boy and what looked like a mini Endeavor with blue wings and talons for hands.

“Aoi, how can you be excited over getting a sister?” The mouse asked, looking at the bird. “Natsuko is soo ANNOYING!”

“Because sister!” Aoi said, his little wings flapping. “And Natsuko is not annoying. I don’t understand how you think that.”

“Because Kirito is dumb,” The black haired boy said. “Aiko isn't that bad.”

“Twin sisters don’t count, Shouta,” Kirito said.

“Shimura-san!” The teacher said. “What did I tell you about the world dumb?”

“Daddy says it all the time,” Shouta said. The teacher sighed. “I will have to speak to Mr. Shimura… again.” A girl who looked a lot like Shouta, but was off playing with the dolls giggled.

“Yeah,” Aoi said. “Uncle Tenko won’t care.” Then the teacher sighed again. “And neither will Aunt Alice.”

“Mrs. Ishikawa,” The girl said.

“Yes Aiko?” Ishikawa asked.

“You’re best best is grandpa,” Aiko said.

“Would your parents even listen to All Might?” Kirito asked.

“Dunno,” Shouta said. “Would your parents?”

“Depends on the grandpa,” Kirito said. “Mommy’s dad, yes.”

“Not our shared grandpa,” Aoi said. “We don't talk to flaming meany.”

“Nope,” Kirito said.

***

“You have children?” Endeavor asked.

“I had a daughter named Alice,” All Might admitted. “But she died when when almost six.” Hawks and Endeavor stared at him.

“But they said the twins were your grandchildren,” Hawks said. “And Aoi called his mom Alice.” All Might just looked at the president.

“You were the one who told me Alice died,” All Might said.

“Is this an A.U. future?” The president asked.

“No,” The projectionist psychic said.

***

“Todoroki, your dad here,” The teacher said.

“See you tomorrow!” Kirito said. Then he got up and got his stuff from his cubby then ran over to Natsuo.

“What the hell are you talking about Tenko?” A voice said.

“His latest video game,” A woman's voice said.

“Shimura’s your parents are here,” The teacher said. “And it sounds like your mom is here too Takami.” Aoi looked confused.

“I don’t have a mom,” Aoi said. “I has a daddy and papa.” He got up and went to his cubby anyway. Shouta and Aiko were there.

Twins went over to a scarred looking young man with white chin length hair and blond women that looked a lot like All Might. Aoi went over to a very pregnant scared man with short silver hair and the same eyes.

***

“Alice?!” All Might asked.

“Touya?!” Endeavor asked. “And who the hell’s last name is Takami.”

“Hawks’ last name,” The president said. Endeavor stared wide eyed at Hawks.

“You knocked up my son?!” Endeavor asked. “And hold on. This is real right?”

“Yes,” The psychic said. “This is very much a future you could have in this world.”

“But.. but…” Endeavor said. “Touya died in a forest fire eleven years ago.”

“Did you lie to me?” All Might asked, very confused.

“Do you know where Touya is?!” Endeavor asked, rounded on Hawks.

“No…” Hawks said. “Never seen that person before in my life.”

“We will look into this,” The president said. “We will find your children!”

The heroes went out into the hallways, leaving the Mera with the president and the psychic.

“Can you tell us anything more?” The president asked.

“No,” The psychic said.

“Leave,” The president said. So the psychic left.

“Ma’am,” Mera said. “What are we going to All Might?”

“Nothing,” The president said “We tell him nothing. And we focus on Touya.”

“But,” Mera said.

“That’s an order,” The president said. “Alice is too dangerous to hunt down right now.”

***

Outside the room, All Might went right to his phone and made a phone call. Hawks knew the commission and decided to leave a feather, so he heard the conversation between Mera and the president; it confused him. Endeavor though, was glaring at him.

“Big guy?” Hawks asked.

“You and my son!?” Endeavor said, clearly not happy about it.

“Shocking, I know,” Hawks said. Endeavor grumbled. “I will get my sidekicks on it as well. Don’t worry big guy, we will find your son.”

“We better,” Endeavor said, glaring. Hawks took off to get started.

***

Endeavor meant to go home, get his own sidekicks involved. At the last minute he made a detour. It was only seven in the evening, and he remembered how Touya had been a mama's boy. So even though he wondered if it was a good idea, he went to Rei’s hospital.

He had not seen or spoken to Rei since he put her in there. The staff was even shocked to see him. He made his way down to the room, just to also hear Fuyumi and Natsuo in the room. He took a deep breath and knocked, before opening the door. Everyone in the room stared shock at the sight of Endeavor there.

“Don’t you have some fancy party to be at?” Natsuo asked, with an accusing tone.

“Something happened at the party,” Endeavor said. “And I learned something. That I need to speak to Rei about. But I suppose it is also something you all should hear.”

Fuyumi got up and sat on the bed next to her mom, so Endeavor could sit on the chair. He did so, and then proceeded to explain about the psychic vision and everything. Fuyumi gasped.

“And… and you're sure it’s real?” Rei asked.

“From what I am told,” Endeavor said. “Yes. The commission is already on it. Hawks went to get his sidekicks. I will be holding a meeting with my sidekicks in the morning. We will find Touya.”

“So Touya is alive,” Natsuo said. “And he’s going to marry Hawks? And All Might has a daughter who he also thought was dead, who marries a Tenko Shimura?”

“And you apparently marry a mouse,” Endeavor said.

“Touya used to have a crush on a bird hetero-morph,” Rei said. Endeavor looked confused.

“Nii-san’s pretty bird,” Fuyumi said. “Or at least that’s how he put it.”

“How are you going to explain to Shoto?” Natsuo asked. “That nii-san was born female? But you never let him be one.”

“I don’t think we should tell Shoto anything yet,” Endeavor said.

“Why not?” Natsuo asked. “He’s fourteen. He has the right to know.”

“I still don’t think he should know,” Endeavor said.

“I’m sorry mom,” Natsuo said. “I’ve got to go.” He got up and headed for the door.

“I forbid you from telling Shoto,” Endeavor said.

“Whatever,” Natsuo said.

***

Natsuo headed home, still super angry. Yes he was happy that there was a chance his big brother was alive. But just angry that Enji was still a douchebag. He only had one friend he complained to about his man. One friend who knew he was and yet still accepted that heroes were not perfect.

So he pulled out his phone and scrolled through his contacts. Till he found ‘CaptainWitherPaws’ his gaming buddy for the past five years. He hit the call button.

“What’s up SummerIce?” CaptainWitherPaws asked.

“Enji’s a douche,” Natsuo said.

“Did something new pop up?” CaptainWitherPaws asked.

“Yes,” Natsuo said. He was home, and didn’t care if Shoto heard. “The commission let the top three heroes see a psycho vision of the future. And it showed nii-san ALIVE and married to Hawks.”

“What?” CaptainWitherPaws asked. “Like Touya… is alive?”

“Yes!” Natsuo said. “And Enji doesn’t want Shoto to know anything. For some stupid annoying reason.” He saw Shoto in the kitchen drinking strawberry milk, but his eyes were wide, and Natsuo knew he heard. He just nodded to his younger brother, who nodded back. Then headed to his room.

“Sounds like your old man,” CaptainWitherPaws said. “Are you getting on?”

“Yeah,” Natsuo said. “Just let me get to my room and turn the computer on.”

“Ah,” CaptainWitherPaws said. “Let me guess, you made sure the runt could hear you.”

“Yes,” Natsuo said. He was in his room and turned his computer on. “Oh also … apparently All Might has a daughter.”

“He does?” CaptainWitherPaws asked.

“Her name is Alice,” Natsuo said. “Seems All might also thought she was dead. And she’s marries someone named Tenko Shimura.” He heard the phone drop at the other end, as it also sounded like CaptainWitherPaws spit out his gamer energy drink. “Dude?”

“I’m here,” CaptainWitherPaws said. “Did you say Tenko Shimura?”

“Yes?” Natsuo asked. “Do you know them?”

“Not since preschool,” CaptainWitherPaws said. It was only half a lie. “I could… Ask around later if you want.”

“Sure,” Natsuo said. “I’m on. Hanging up now and switching to in-game voice.” He hung up.

***

Shoto stood in the kitchen, the straw to his milk still in his mouth, as he processed what his brother said. Touya-ni was alive, and their father didn’t want him to know. He could not understand why Natsu-nii was allowed to know, and he had just been with nee-san and their mom. Did that mean nee-san and mom also knew. His brows furrowed, why wasn’t he allowed to when every other member of the family was allowed to know.

Shoto left the kitchen and headed to Touya-nii’s room. He just stared at the shrine. He wasn’t sure if he should be happy, or what to think. Their father had always tried to keep them apart. Not that it mattered, Touya-nii always did what he wanted, which meant they had spent some time together.

So Shoto decided he would be happy about this. It would make everyone but their father happy. And that was always a win.

Chapter 3

Summary:

Shigaraki find Dabi and Alice before the morning
They talk

Notes:

Alice is 18 and Shigaraki is nineteen here. By Japanese standards they are two young to be drinking. Hence the underage drinking tag,

I was not expecting this chapter to come so faster.. yet here we are.

Chapter Text

Like most days, SummerIce was done gaming by 11 pm. Normally Shigaraki would just continue gaming till he crashed out, but not this night.

“Kurogiri,” Shigaraki said, scratching his neck. “Get Ujiko.”

“Are you feeling unwell, young master?” Kurogiri asked.

“I am fine,” Shigaraki said. “Also summon Giran. I need to find two people.”

“Alright,” Kurogiri said.

Not even ten minutes later, Ujiko was video calling the nineteen year old.

“I am not treating your insomnia,” Ujiko said.

“That is not why I am calling,” Shigaraki said. “How much do you know about All Might having a child? Or Endeavor’s eldest, Touya Todoroki?”

“How do you know about them?” Ujiko asked. Shigaraki explained what his gaming buddy said. But left out how he was married to All Might's daughter.

“Interesting,” Ujiko said.

“The commission is going public in the morning,” Shigaraki said. “I thought I’d try and find them first.”

“The Todoroki boys' fire is now blue,” Ujiko said. “That should make him easy to find.” Shigaraki scratched his neck again, raising an eyebrow.

“And the girl?” Shigaraki asked.

“Her name is Alice Little,” Ujiko said. “She was involved in a special government program where they let me enhance her. Then she went rogue. No one knows where she went.”

“Then how do we find her?” Shigaraki asked.

“Her original quirk gave her muscle compaction,” Ujiko said. “She is very strong. Built like an ant essentially. She also has an abnormal obsession with Alice in Wonderland.” Shigaraki looked confused. “It’s an old book from a British author for children. The main character is named Alice Liddell, I guess she connected to it over the name. Let me know if you find them.” Then he hung up.

Giran did not show up till midnight.

“What new game do you want me to have fall off a truck this time?” Giran asked, a little annoyed.

“I need you to find two people for me,” Shigaraki said, scratching his neck in irritation. “A male with blue fire and blue eyes.”

“You want Dabi?” Giran asked. “He doesn’t work well with others. And is very annoying.”

“Don’t care,” Shigaraki said. “I have information he needs to know about.” Giran raised an eyebrow, intrigues. “I also need a blond female, very strong. Obsessed with Alice in Wonderland.”

“You could ask The White Rabbit,” Giran said. “Queen of the underground quirk battles. Blond, strong and female. How soon do you need them?”

“Before morning,” Shigaraki said.

“You know my fee,” Giran said.

“Kurogiri,” Shigaraki said. Kurogiri paid him.

“The White Rabbit has a fight at 2 am,” Giran said. “I might be able to have Dabi there. No guarantees he hates me.”

“Tell him it’s about Endeavor,” Shigaraki said.

“I can try,” Giran said. He then gave Shigaraki the fight address. “I will hunt down Dabi. See you later.”

***

Shigaraki was at the fight with Kurogiri, most people in the underground either knew of him or Kurogiri because of his Sensei. So no one was bothering him, and even gave him a wide berth. At the moment he was, he was at the bar sipping his alcohol, which was not good since he already had an energy drink. But he hadn’t been healthy in years.

A blond female suddenly sat next to him, her whole outfit was white. She was dressed in an off the shoulder crop top, a mini skirt with shorts underneath, able boots and goggles. Shigaraki eyed her from the side, and his body had a weird reaction.

“Shigaraki?” She asked.

“Yes,” Shigaraki said.

“I heard you wanted to speak to me,” She said.

“I am looking for two specific people,” Shigaraki said. “I was told you fit one of their descriptions.”

“Oh?” She asked.

“Blond, strong and an obsession with Alice in Wonderland,” Shigaraki said. “Similar name to the main character.” The female went rigid. “That you?”

“Depends on what you need me for,” She said.

“We wait for Dabi,” Shigaraki said. “It also involves him.”

“Dabi?” She asked. “The man who beats up rapists and child abusers. Why him.”

“That’s what I want to know too,” A man on the other side of him asked. Shigaraki looked over to find a man a little taller than him. This man also had black hair, blue eyes and in an old second hand suit.

“Kurogiri,” Shigaraki said. Kurogiri used his quirk and the four of them were suddenly in a different bar. “I will send you back when we are done. But this needs privacy.

“You own the place?” Dabi asked.

“Sensei owns it,” Shigaraki said.

“I expect a free beer for staying,” Dabi said.

“Then I want a martini,” The White Rabbit said.

“Kurogiri,” Shigaraki said. Kurogiri gave them their drinks and they both sat in a different booth.

“So what the fuck is this about,” Dabi said.

“Alice Little,” Shigaraki said. “And Touya Todoroki.” Dabi started steaming.

“Why?” The White Rabbit asked.

“Because of a psychic,” Shigaraki said. “Their fathers’ know they are alive. All Might, Endeavor and Hawks. The top three are already looking for you two. The commission is going to make a statement in the morning.”

“So why the heads up?” Alice asked.

“How did you get this information?” Dabi asked.

“I’ve had the same gaming partner for five years,” Shigaraki said. “SummerIce. Real name, Natsuo Todoroki. I am apparently his only friend that he can bitch about the old to. And no, we've never met in person.”

“Why did you want to find us first?” Dabi asked. “What’s in for you?”

“For one,” Shigaraki said. “Just having the upper-hand on those losers.” Dabi and Alice actually laughed. “You should also know in the vision. You Dabi were married and had a child with Hawks. And second on the way. And not that Natsuo realized, but he told me that Alice Little was married and had twins with a Tenko Shimura. Which is my original name.”

“You and I were married?” Alice asked.

“Apparently,” Shigaraki said. “I also wonder if there was a reason neither of you went home. And why was it so easy for me to find you?”

“Endeavors a douche-bag,” Dabi said.

“All Might only cares about his image,” Alice said.

“Maybe we should play with the heroes,” Shigaraki said.

“Oh?” Alice asked.

“What do you have in mind, Crusty?” Dabi asked. He even put his legs up on the table and crossed them.

The three of them talked for a bit, before going to watch Alice’s fight, which she won. Then they went back to the private bar and talked more before crashing out.

Chapter Text

Hawk made it back to Fukuoka in record time, and told his sidekicks what was going on. And descriptions of Alice, Tenko and Touya. All he wanted was to go home and have a four hour nap. But then he got a surprise as he landed by his front door.

The lights were on, his mother should be asleep. Hawks walked inside to hear two people talking. He walked into the living room and found his mom talking with Agent Aina.

Agent Aina was three years older than Hawks, and everyone in the facility had a crush on her. Even teenage Hawks, but it didn’t last long. Aina had wooed everyone there, male and female. But she was also very nice, too nice, Hawks. And she only showed up when the commission was worried he was going to go rogue. Or at least that was his theory.

“Agent Aina,” Hawks said.

“Hawks!” Aina said. “Congrats on remaining number three.”

“What are you doing here?” Hawks asked.

“That’s no way to speak to such a lovely lady,” Toomie said.

“Can’t I come visit a dear old friend,” Aina said.

“I’m very busy,” Hawks said. “Only came home to get a nap.”

“I will leave you two alone,” Toomie got up and headed to her area.

“I heard about the vision,” Aina said, she sounded sad. “Seems I am losing you.”

“Just go home, Aina,” Hawks said. Aina tried to pout.

“It’s almost 4 am,” Aina said. “Are you really going to send me out on the streets right now.”

“You are a trained agent,” Hawks said. “You can handle yourself.”He headed to his room. “You can see yourself out.”

Hawks went to his bedroom and locked the door. He did not even change and just flopped on the bed and closed his eyes. Hopefully this Touya was a little mean to him, he couldn’t stand people being nice. Especially fake niceness.

***

The next morning came fast for everyone, All Might stayed in Musutafu to be there for the press conference. His little Alice was out there somewhere and he was determined to find her. Yes, it had been thirteen years, and she would now be eighteen almost nineteen, but he still had to find her.

Endeavor sent his children to school, like nothing was different, still under the impression that Shoto knew nothing. He headed to where the press conference should be. Trying to play the part of concerned parent, when really he was more worried about how it would affect Shoto’s progress. And he did not want to be related to that upstart newbie.

Hawks walked into his office at 8:15 am, the press conference was scheduled for 8:30. He was not going to be there, going to watch from his agency and see if any leads popped up. There was a person in a black hoodie jeans standing around waiting.

“Hawks-san,” His receptionist said. “This person is here to see you. They said it’s important.”

“Oh?” Hawks asked. “What is this about?”

“Touya,” The man said. He was also in sunglasses and a mask. There was no reason anyone should know they are being looked for yet. “I hear you are looking for Touya Todoroki. I have information.”

“Alright,” Hawks said. “What is it?”

“In private,” The man said. Hawks thought more a moment.

“Follow me,” Hawks said. Hawks led the man up to his office and closed the door behind them. The man looked around. “How did you know I was looking for Touya?”

“Hmm,” The man said. “Such a boring looking office. I can’t believe I end up with such a bland little pigeon.” He took his hoodie down and the sunglasses and mask off.

“... Touya?!” Hawk said. The press conference hadn’t even started and Touya Todoroki was standing in his office. The white hair, blue eyes, yes his scars seemed worse and held up by staples and not stitches, but it was still him.

“Yes birdbrain,” Touya said. He sighed. “Seriously between this atrocious office and your kiwi coated outfit. How Do I end up with you?” He over emphasized the word do. Hawks gulped, mean and pretty, damn he had to be dreaming.

“Seriously, how did you know?” Hawks asked.

“Enji told ma and two of the siblings,” Touya said. “Natsuo told his gaming buddy.”

“Okay?” Hawks said.

“Tenko Shimura is his gaming buddy,” Touya said. “Well at least it was his name before he was adopted. He just never told Natsuo that.” Hawks looked confused. “That Crusty bastard found Alice and I last night.”

“That fast?” Hawks asked. “And he never told Natsuo?”

“Nah,” Touya said. “Wanted to leave that frost giant out of this.”

“Frost giant?” Hawks asked.

“Natsuo,” Touya said. “Got ma’s ice quirk and dared to get taller than his big brother.”

“You want to leave Natsuo out of this?” Hawks asked. “Out of what?”

“This is your warning,” Touya said. “Pretty bird. We didn’t want to be found.”

“But Endeavor…” Hawks said.

“Is not what anyone thinks,” Touya said. Hawks looked confused. Touya pulled out his phone and made a call. “Pick up needed.” And hung up.

“Wait,” Hawks said, reaching out.

Touya pushed him back against the wall and just stared down at him. Touya smirked then kissed him. Hawks got distracted by it and didn’t even notice the portal open up in his room.

“Fathers don’t care,” Touya said. “And heroes don’t exist.” Then he slipped through the purple haze of a portal and it disappeared.

“Fuck,” Hawks said, and banged his head backwards.

***

“How did it go?” Kurogiri asked. Alice and Shigaraki looking at him.

“Pretty boy number three,” Dabi said. “Seems more preoccupied with us being together. So I might be able to manipulate him if need be.”

“Could you just turn him?” Alice asked.

“Why would a hero turn sides?” Dabi asked.

“Because he was in the same program I was in,” Alice said. “He knows how corrupt the system is on a personal level.”

“Maybe,” Dabi said. “But I need to redye my hair.” Shigaraki tossed him the hair dye. Dabi caught it and went to the bathroom.

“Tell me more about this program,” Shigaraki said, looking at Alice. Alice just nodded.

Chapter 5

Summary:

Rei is allowed to watch TV
Hawks as a lot to deal with
the second half of the press conference
the villains also watch

Chapter Text

Reis’ therapist were also made aware that Touya was still alive. It was actually Fuyumi who did this, Enji didn’t want to tell them. This got Enji kicked out of the hospital, telling his wife something that would affect her mental health on such a level and not wanting the therapist to know, was a BIG red flag. Truthfully they figured everything related to Enji was a red flag.

That was also how this morning Rei was sitting with a nurse that she had known the longest, allowed to watch the press conference. They all believed it was important, Touya always preferred his mom. Knowing how they call for him, could help Rei reach out, or that was the logic.

***

Hawks was lost in thought, Touya was so pretty, he was more scarred than in the vision and held up by staples. All the hero saw was a pretty, strong, and shiny mate. A mate who was mean to him, and who had kissed him.

“... Fuck…” Hawks said to himself.

No wonder he settled down, and they made such a cute son. Then Hawks even remembered how Touya looked pregnant, and his inner bird decided to get him hard. (He knew it was actually him and an possible a weird breeding kink, but he was going to blame the inner bird)

It took a while for him to calm down and he already missed part of the press conference. He was also confused by what Touya said to him before leaving. He would have to call All Might, Endeavor and the president after the press conference. He turned the tv on, to see the second half.

***

“I know all of you are shocked by this information,” The president said. “I assure you, so are we.” Endeavor looked stoic, but All Might in his yellow suit just looked concerned and upset. A bunch of hands went up. “Yes, Inoue-san?”

“Endeavor may keep his family out of the limelight but we knew he had children,” Inoue said. “But this is the first time we are hearing that All Might has children.”

“All Might,” The president said. “As number one was always worried about his daughter's safety and decided to keep her secret. Only us at the commission knew. And even then it was highly classified knowledge.” More hands went up. “Okamoto-san?”

“Could you tell us more about Touya and Alice?” Okamoto asked. “So we all know what we are looking for. Like Hair, eyes, quirks, other traits?”

“Of course,” The president said. “Endeavor?” Endeavor got up and went to the podium.

“My son Touya,” Endeavor said. “Has white hair, which he got from his mother. He has my eyes, and my quirk. He would be twenty-three years old. He had to have had his jaw replaced. I believed he was dead because I found his jaw.”

***

“Pff,” Dabi said. The four of them had been watching. “No one took my jaw. Bastard never even DNA tested what he found.”

“You have scars like it was taken,” Shigaraki said.

“They took measurements and they had to reconstruct some tissues,” Dabi said.

“He also forgot your biggest trait,” Alice said. “You can have children.”

“That asshole probably forgot, AGAIN,” Dabi said. “That I have a vagina. Wouldn't surprise me.”

***

“All Might?” The president said. All Might got in and went to the podium.

“My daughter,” All Might said. “Her name is Alice Little. I haven’t seen her since she was four years old.” He looked like he could cry. “I don’t even know what her quirk is. She used to look like a miniature female me. She was very fond of Alice in Wonderland.”

All Might was about to sit down, when something strange happened. A random reporter stood up.

“Who?” The president asked.

“I’m sorry,” The reporter said. “I’m Hashiguchi, Shiro. I do not usually cover hero stuff. But Meada-san was sick. I usually cover the underground quirk battles.” The president and the heroes just looked at him.”

“If you have nothing important to add,” The president started.

“The White Rabbit,” Hashiguchi said. “The White Rabbit has been the queen of the underground quirk battles for the past three years.” All Might looked over. “She is blond but no one’s seen her eyes. She wears special goggles.”

“What?” All Might asked.

“And last night something interesting happened,” Hashiguchi said. “The White Rabbit is usually a loner. Doesn’t really seem to have friends. But last night, the apprentice to the one they call the king of Underworld was there talking to her. As well as Dabi.”

“Dabi?” The president asked.

“Dabi is more like a vigilante,” Hashiguchi said. “With blue flames. Who is known for beating up and melting limbs off of rapists and child abusers. All three of them tend to be loners really. But they were together last night.”

“The king of the underground?” All Might asked.

“He’s very secretive,” Hashiguchi said. “But his apprentice is a young man that goes by Tomura Shigaraki.” All Might's eyes widened, he knew that last name.

“What?” All Might asked.

***

“All they know,” Alice said.

“I highly doubt Enji is smart enough,” Dabi said. “To realize Dabi is Touya.” He snickered.

“You melt limbs off?” Shigaraki asked.

“And other body parts,” Dabi said. Alice laughed.

“So why rapists and child abusers?” Alice asked.

“Not all my burns are self-inflicted,” Dabi said.

“Useless heroes,” Shigaraki said. “They need to be taught a lesson.”

“How so?” Dabi asked.

“Alice told me something interesting,” Shigaraki said. “While you were dying your hair.” Dabi raised an eyebrow.

“The commission takes children,” Alice said. “And trains them to be killers. Or like I told you earlier, one special winged hero. They are still doing this.” Dabi looked upset.

“I say we start there,” Shigaraki said. “Let’s liberate the children. And show people the truth.”

“We fight?” Dabi asked.

“Yes,” Shigaraki said. “I also had Giran send the word out to get more villains.”

Kurogiri was just wiping dishes down, a little surprised how this was going. Tomura was always a bit of a lazy gamer, never taking any initiative. This was going to be interesting to say the least.

Chapter 6

Summary:

Hawks talks to Endeavor
Endeavor yells at Natsuo
Natsuo gets to talk to Dabi
Dabi stalks and teases Hawks

Chapter Text

Hawks opted not to call the president directly over Touya. He waited till he saw on the news that Endeavor got into this car and it took off. Then he called Endeavor directly.

“Hawks?” Endeavor answered, annoyed.

“Touya showed up at my office right before the press conference,” Hawks said.

“What?” Endeavor asked.

“It seems your other son, Natsuo,” Hawks explained. “ His gaming friend is Tenko Shimura apparently. And he told the boy what was going on. And Tenko proceeded to find them.”

“Natsuo?” Endeavor asked.

“Yes,” Hawks said. “You should know what he said, before leaving via portal.”

“What did he say?” Endeavor asked.

“Touya said that neither he nor Alice wanted to be found,” Hawks said. “And he said that fathers don’t care… and heroes don’t exist. I don’t know what he meant, and then he just left.”

“He said nothing else?” Endeavor asked.

“He complained about how boring my office was,” Hawks said. “And how ugly my hero uniform is.”

“Sounds like Touya,” Endeavor said. “Keep me informed if he comes back.”

“Of course big guy,” Hawks said. Endeavor hung up with no other words.

Later that day Endeavor was home and waiting for Natsuo to get home. All three of his children walked in at the same time. Endeavor was standing in the foyer waiting for them. They just stared at him in shock.

“I found a photo online of this Dabi,” Natsuo said. “He has your eyes.” He held up his phone to Enji.

“He also has black hair,” Enji said. “And why did I find out from Hawks that you know Tenko?”

“Huh?” Natsuo asked, confused.

“The gaming friend you told?” Enji said.

“CaptainWitherPaws,” Natsuo said. “His name is Tomura. He did say he used to know a Tenko.”

“Natsu-nii,” Shoto asked. “Are you gaming with the prince of the underground?” They all looked at him strangely. “They let us watch the press conference at school. Tomura Shigaraki, the apprentice to the big underground king.”

“I don’t think so,” Natsuo said. “He just plays games and complains about his sensei and some doctor.”

“Either way,” Enji said. “Your little friend found Touya. You call and tell him to send Touya home.” He sounded angry. “And I will speaking to Shoto’s school.”

“Uhh,” Natsuo said. “Nii-san is an adult, but sure I’ll call.” He headed to his room.

Shigaraki, Dabi and Alice were just lounging around the bar again, half planning, half just being lazy. Then Shigaraki’s phone rang, and he looked at it.

“It’s your brother,” Shigaraki said. Dabi raised an eyebrow. Shigaraki answered and hit the speaker button. “SummerIce.”

“Asshole just yelled at me,” Natsuo said. “Are you Tenko Shimura or are you Tomura the prince of the underground? As Shoto put it.” Dabi and Alice started laughing.

“Prince of the underground what?” Shigaraki asked.

“The press conference, Crusty,” Dabi said. “They called you the apprentice to the king of the underground.”

“Who?” Natsuo asked.

“Guess frost Giant,” Dabi said. There was a gasp.

“Nii-san!?” Natsuo asked.

“Yes,” Dabi said. “And as for your question. Apparently Crusty is both.” Shigaraki just looked confused. “And what do you mean Enji yelled at you?”

“He’s just mad over you,” Natsuo said. “He said to call my little friend and have him send you home.”

“I am an adult,” Dabi said. “I will do what I want.”

“I am not little,” Shigaraki grumbled.

“Everyone is tiny next to Natsuo,” Dabi said. “He had to gall to be taller than me when he was fucking eight years old.”

“... Sorry…” Natsuo said.

The rest of the week was fairly tame for Hawks, no unexpected guests. Just regular hero work, though he had wished Touya had shown back up. The only strange thing was that he kept feeling like he was being watched. After a second week of feeling watched, he decided to track the feeling. Hawks caught up with a hooded figure, and grabbed them.

“Fucking bird,” Dabi said.

“...Touya?” Hawks asked. Dabi huffed and pulled his hood down. Revealing the black hair.

“I dropped that name years ago,” Dabi said. Hawks was staring, even dyed hair, he was hot.

“You dyed your hair?” Hawks asked.

“For years now,” Dabi said. “I undyed it for the little visit.” Hawks continued to stare. “Birdbrain are you going to let me go? Or is it suddenly illegal to wear a hood in public?”

“Ah, right, sorry,” Hawks said, and let him. “What name are you using?”

“Dabi,” Dabi said.

“So you are the blue flame vigilante,” Hawks said. Dabi just shrugged. “That mean All Might’s daughter is the queen of the underground quirk battles?”

“Yes,” Dabi said. “I’m gonna go now.”

“Wait,” Hawks said. Dabi looked back at him. “Why are you stalking me?”

“Watching the local hero is stalking?” Dabi asked.

“No… but,” Hawks said. “You don’t have to. If you want to get to know me you could just ask.”

“Why?” Dabi asked.

“I want to get to know you,” Hawks said. “Plus the psychic thing.”

“You flirt with everyone,” Dabi said. “Loyalty matters, pretty bird.” Hawks actually cooed at being called that. Dabi smirked and pushed the hero with one hand, more of a test.

Hawks just let Dabi push him around, intrigued by how his mate was staring at him. A strange mix of Hawks was everything and nothing at the same time.

“It’s just part of the job,” Hawks said.

“Would that just make me part of the job?” Dabi asked.

“No!” Hawks said. He was a little surprised by how much Dabi affected him.

Hawks opened his mouth to explain more, and suddenly Dabi put his tongue inside the hero's mouth. Hawks’ brain died in that moment as Dabi kissed him again, this time longer so Hawks actually kissed back. Dabi’s hands also started moving around him.

Just as Hawks was about to wrap his arms around Dabi, the other man stepped back and stopped the kiss. Then he turned around and started walking away. Hawks tried to say something.

“Text me,” Dabi said, before throwing the hero's phone back to him. “I may eventually text back.”

Hawks caught his phone, and found that Dabi had somehow unlocked it, and put his number in it. When he looked back up Dabi was gone.

Chapter Text

Hawks spent hours trying to figure out how to text Dabi, he could not figure out why. And even after all the typing and deleting and finally sending it, it still took Dabi three days to reply. And it was simply ‘Whatever birdbrain’.

What Hawks didn’t know was that Dabi kept checking his phone for hours to see what would happen. Then it took everything in him not to text back right away. Also took alot for him not to squeal like a schoolgirl, see Dabi had a secret. Dabi used to go through Endeavors old reports and he fell hard for the baby bird.

Dabi also hadn’t meant to wait three days, he thought he had sent it at 2 am, before one of Alice fights. And then they were busy looking for recruits, and Dabi was not going to admit the wait was an accident.

This did start them texting though, usually Hawks just telling Dabi all about his day. Dabi read every single one, but never responded, or if he did, it was usually to fake complain. Or the one time Hawks had an embarrassing moment on the news, and Dabi had to make fun of him over. In fact the pyro even called him the moment he knew the hero was home.

“Dabi?” Hawks answered. “You’re actually calling.” Dabi just cackled.

“You flew into a window,” Dabi said.

“I was thrown into a window,” Hawks corrected.

“Face first,” Dabi said. Still laughing. Hawks just smiled, he liked the sound.

“Yeah yeah,” Hawks said. “So what are you up to hot stuff?”

“Oh just the usual,” Dabi said. “Causing trouble, getting into fights. At the moment checking a dumpster for dinner.”

“What?” Hawks said. “Where are you? I will bring food.”

“Birdie?” Dabi asked.

“I will bring you real,” Hawks said, “Non-dumpster food.”

“Are you just trying to see me again?” Dabi teased.

“I would like that, yes,” Hawks said. “But I am also just worried about your health.” Dabi was quiet for a few moments.

“I will text you a location shortly,” Dabi said.

Then he hung up, he wasn’t actually looking in a dumpster at the moment. But in a corner of the bar, but was going to shortly. He didn’t like eating around the new recruits, that blond one, Muscular, bothered him. Dabi would say he was uncomfortable, but Dabi never got uncomfortable. So he texted the Birdie a location nearby. Dabi waited a few moments, since it would take a few moments. But then he noticed Muscular just staring at him.

“You wanna lose another eye,” Dabi said, glaring at him.

Muscular looked away and Dabi looked back at his phone and then got up to leave. Free food and a pretty bird was waiting for him. He didn’t realize till after he was outside that Muscular was following him. Dabi turned around and just glared at him.

“I heard you have a vagina,” Muscular said. Dabi’s one eye twitched.

“What I have and don’t have,” Dabi said. “Has nothing to do with you.”

“Oh I think you would prefer it if I did,” Muscular said, moving closer.

Dabi was about to summer his fire, when a red blue showed up and just took off with him. It took a moment for him to realize Hawks had scooped him up and was now flying off with him. Dabi would complain, but talking right now would make him throw up. Hawks landed on a nearby room and put him down.

“I can take care of myself, pigeon,” Dabi said, pulling out his phone.

“I just didn’t want to have to arrest you for murder,” Hawks said. “Who are you calling?” Dabi just lifted his hand and placed it over the hero's mouth.

“Rabbit,” Dabi said. Then went on to explain what happened, before hanging up. “No you said food pigeon!”

“Of course,” Hawks said, smiling. “What would you like?”

“Soba,” Dabi said.

***

Alice was in the upstairs of the bar when Dabi called her to tell her about what happened with Muscular.

“I will tell Shiggy,” Alice said. “Have fun on your date.” Dabi hung up on her after that. She laughed a little. “Now where is that boss of ours.” She walked around and found the room they would see him disappear into. “Yo Shiggy you in there?” Alice didn’t even knock and just opened the door.

Shigaraki was there, fresh from a shower and just pulling on his new shirt. Alice could see his surprising six pack, she was definitely not expecting that. Shigaraki himself froze and just stared for a moment.

“What the fuck,” Shigaraki said. “Ever heard of knocking?”

“Not really,” Alice admitted. “Remember the government kidnapped me at age five. That was not in their training.” Shigaraki went to pull his shirt down, Alice walked over and stopped him. “Where did this come from?!” She actually moved her fingers over the abs. Shigaraki completely froze. “I thought all you did was sit around gaming.”

No one had touched Shigaraki in years, not since he was Tenko and still had a family. His Sensei had made sure of this, the only form of touch he ever had, were those hands. But now Alice was touching him, and his brain almost died. He had no clue how to deal with this, especially since he was attracted to her.

“... What?” Shigaraki asked, he had heard her saying something. But it was all muffled for a bit to his brain.

“How does a gamer get a six pack?” Alice asked.

“I don’t know,” Shigaraki said.

“I can see how we could have ended up together,” Alice said. Shigaraki’s long hair hid his blush.

“What do you mean?” Shigaraki asked.

“You're hot,” Alice said. “But I can actually stand being around. Even when you are gaming. And it helps that you're not stupid.”

“Is that what you came in here to tell me?” Shigaraki asked. He finally pulled his shirt down.

“Oh no,” Alice said. “Dabi headed for his own dinner. Apparently Muscular found out about his… unique anatomy… And basically followed him and implied he would rape him.” Shigaraki grumbled. “His bird boy picked him up before anything could happen.” Shigaraki sighed through his nose.

“I will talk to him,” Shigaraki said. “Maybe send him on a suicide mission and see if comes back.” Alice actually laughed.

“Yeah,” Alice said. “I enjoy your way of thinking.” She smiled at him, and Shigaraki’s stomach felt strange to him

Chapter 8

Summary:

Dabis dinner time...

Chapter Text

Dabi led Hawks to the Soba place he liked, then watched the bird flirt as they ordered to go. So of course Dabi was cranky by the time they left.

“So where do you want to eat?” Hawks asked. Dabi was so tempted to tell the hero just to go eat with the waitress. But at the last minute changed his mind.

“Your house?” Dabi asked. Hawks tilted his head and raised an eyebrow. He never really dated or brought people home. “I was just thinking… We are supposed to end up together right? I wanna see how you live. See if it’s as boring as your office.”

“I guess you have a point,” Hawks said, but Dabi could hear the hesitation.

“But?” Dabi asked. Hawks sighed.

“I’ve never brought anyone home before,” Hawks admitted. “And well.. My mom lives with me.”

“Not ready for me to meet your mom?” Dabi asked.

“I have a complicated relationship with my mother,” Hawks said.

“Birdie?” Dabi asked. Hawks looked at him a moment longer.

“Alright,” Hawks said. “Hold the food.” He handed the food to Dabi, then picked him up and flew him to a beach villa. They landed on a balcony and Dabi was put down.

“Fancy,” Dabi said, looking around. Hawks opened the balcony door. Dabi looked inside. “Still boring. Beige couches. Off white walls. A tan table?”

“Heh, yeah,” Hawks said, scratching the side of his face nervously. “I am not home much. And when I am, I am usually only in my bedroom. It's even where I eat.”

“Show me,” Dabi said. Hawks actually blushed. Dabi sighed. “You already know who my dad is.” Hawks just nodded. “I wasn’t gonna say anything. But I used to go through his arrest files.”

“Dabi?” Hawks asked, wondering if that meant.

“I also have an eidetic memory,” Dabi said. “Tiny adorable baby bird Keigo Takami.” Hawks stared wide eyed. “Just figured you should know I know.”

“Thanks for telling me,” Hawks said. “Just don’t tell anyone okay?”

“Sure,” Dabi said. “But yes, show me your room. If you eat there it’s your area. It should show your personality. Also if you eat there we eat there.”

“Alright,” Hawks said.

Hawks showed Dabi to his master bedroom, there was much more personality here. The whole room was painted red with gold Fleur-de-lis motifs. Hardwood floss a little two person table in front of a bay window. A fireplace with TV over the mantel, and its own private balcony, Dabi figured that was the bird's main way in. And a large bed with red satin looking bedding that was also thick, with gold diamond designs, and gold sheets.

There were also a few shelves around the room with little nicknacks. Most were bird themed. But there were also some sticks and pebbles. Dabi laughed.

“Still with the same colors,” Dabi said. “But at least it feels real.” Hawks smiled. “So do you eat at the table or in the bed?”

“By myself I eat in bed,” Hawks admitted.

“Even fried chicken crumbs?” Dabi asked. Hawks looked embarrassed, Dabi just laughed more. Then walked up to the bed and sat on the non-balcony side. “I figure the balcony side is your preferred side.”

Hawks just stared, his brain short circuiting, Dabi was in his bed. Oh how he wanted to see Dabi naked in his bed.

“Da-Dabi?” Hawks gasped out.

“Get your feathered ass over here,” Dabi said, pulling out the food. “You normally eat in bed, so we eat in bed.”

Hawks stood there for a second more before also getting onto the bed and sitting next to Dabi. Dabi handed him his Soba and chopsticks. Dabi started eating, he hadn’t had anything but black coffee and toast all day. Hawks were a little slower, but started eating too.

“Do you want the TV on?” Hawks said.

“I would love to find a recap of you flying into a window!” Dabi said laughing.

“Alright,” Hawks said, though a little embarrassed. He used a feather to get the remote and put the T.V. on and put the hero news on. It was not recapping the window incident though, but was discussing All Might’s and Endeavor’s missing children.

“What do you think, Birdie?” Dabi asked between bites. “Am I still missing?”

“No,” Hawks said. “At least not to me.”

They ate and watched TV for a bit, and then Hawks used feathers to throw out their trash. Dabi made no move to leave and just leaned back against the pillows all comfy. Hawks just smiled, it was simple and cute, but his mate was in his bed.

Shigaraki had called a meeting of the villains they had gathered. Alice sitting close to him.

“Where’s Dabi?” Muscular asked.

“Dabi has his own job,” Alice said.

“I thought Dabi-kun had a date?” Magne asked.

“Same thing,” Shigaraki said. “He is not needed for this. Muscular you and the spikey mother fucker.”

“My name is Ookugi,” The spiked one said.

“Whatever,” Shigaraki said. “There is a trigger drop tonight and you two are going to get it for us so we can sell it ourselves.”

“Doesn’t the White Rabbit have all that battle money?” Ookugi said. “Why doesn’t she just donate?”

“You all have to put in,” Shigaraki said. “You fucktard.”

“What do you do?” Muscular asked. “Sit around and play games then give orders?”

“I provide the base,” Shigaraki said. He explained more about the mission. “Now get your ass out there and do the job!” Muscular and Ookugi got and left. Alice pulled out her and sent a text. “Everyone else is dismissed.”

“Will they be alright on their own?” Magne asked.

“Yes,” Shigaraki said, before heading to his gaming area. Everyone else left, other than Alice. She followed Shigaraki and sat on the couch with him.

“Do you actually think they will be alright?” Alice asked.

“No,” Shigaraki said. “I am hoping they die.” Alice laughed. “You and Dabi are the only ones who can’t be replaced. So I don’t need that muscle head trying to mess things up with Dabi.”

“What about Ookagi?” Alice asked.

“Bastard shot a spike through my PSP,” Shigaraki said. “Those are hard to come by!”

“Don’t mess with boss-man's games,” Alice said. “Noted.”

“Exactly!” Shigaraki said. After this, Alice just stayed there watching him play his game.
