    Tommy doesn't know what it means to truly be treated and seen as another living human being.
    The idea of being allowed to have a childhood he's never really known in the first place is such a wonderfully startling kind of wishful thinking. Maybe as Carnation, he'll find an unexpected miricale.

    The collective emotional baggage of the Benchtrio might have added a bit too much chaos, angst, vigilantism, and found family into the mix though.
