   Summary

   Set in a world where a large percentage of the population are blessed with soulmates, identified by matching markings that appear on the skin sometime during late puberty. At age twenty-three Dick Grayson had long since resigned himself to being one of the unlucky ones who didn't get the luxury of having a one true match cosmically marked as being perfect for him.
   Well he was at least until out of no where he found himself with some cosmic ink and a whole new set of problems.
   See this wasn't the first time he'd seen the multicolored, lightning struck feather now adorning his chest. No, Dick was well acquainted with this particular mark, after all it had made it's home years ago on the shoulder of none other than his very best (and very taken) friend, Wally West.
