Summary
The PLF is formed, yet Dabi's relationship with Hawks doesn't end. Why? Hawks doesn't need to suck up to him anymore, either figuratively or literally. Whatever the reason, Dabi sure as hell doesn't want to figure it out under Skeptic's cameras. They'll have to be really careful if they want to keep this a secret from everyone.
