A series of murders and disappearances that happen every full moon. A realm beyond our own. Mortal and immortal collide into one. Death roaming the streets, the fog an omen of cruelty. In a world full of things that go bump in the night, there's a specialized force that helps keep the regular people safe and ignorant. And the peak of those forces are the Starforged Maidens.
Beautiful women who were tasked with helping eliminating these forces along with the others with flash and glitter. A beacon of hope, kindness, and gentleness that helps remind people that light will always defeat the darkness. The group of people that helps make the world feel safer.
It's a very noble job. Important. Even if they fight in dresses and are a little impractical sometimes, it's nice to know that there's still a little whimsy even when fighting demons. Anyone would be in the right to admire this and feel touched when they're chosen. There's just one small problem with this little arrangement...
Odysseus isn't a woman.

Summary
An Epic Poem, written entirely in the iambic pentameter, telling the story of the events that precipitated the Trojan War. From Paris' birth to the landing of the Greek ships at Troy.
This story, in terms of style, is heavily rooted in Homeric epics, whilst using tropes of modern familiar genres such as the Gothic. It tells an ancient pre-war story which appeals to the modern audience, over whom global war seems to be looming once again.
In its entirety, this poem will be 12 Books long, each book lasting around 15 rhapsodies. Rhapsodies are fairly short, and will be taking the form of 'chapters'. And so, although it will only be ~7,000 lines when finished (in a very, very long time from now), don't be put off if the chapter count sits within the hundreds.Also thank you so much to kora_juno for reading my drafts and giving feedback and helping me get to grips with ao3. :)))

Summary
This is my continuation of The Aeneid by Virgil. I’m a huge nerd when it comes to Greek and Roman myths and classics. This year in school, we read the Aeneid. I didn’t love how the book ends, so here we are. Also this is written in the style and format of The Aeneid. I spent a lot of time studying Virgil’s word structure.
This is the story of Aeneas’ son Ascanius and his trials during the hero’s journey in order to prove to his father, his country, and the gods of his strength and power. How will he balance his duty with his desires? Or his divine calling from the gods and prophecies?
