Summary
Yukihira Souma was well aware his courtmate was what could generously be described as a determined go-getter.
Maybe a less positive term would be an obsessive workaholic.
And Souma had no issue with it most of the time, but when Takumi gets on one of his perfectionist kicks, spending extra hours late into the night in the test kitchens on campus, forgetting to stop for meals and refusing to listen to reason, he knows he has to put a stop to it. Takumi going past his limits and burning out was absolutely not happening on Souma’s watch. They were courting now, and Souma fully intended to take care of Takumi the way he damn well should.
Even if Takumi refused to take care of himself, then Souma would make him, one way or another.***
{In which Takumi is an obsessive perfectionist, which isn’t the greatest thing at an elite culinary school, Souma just wants his omega to realize he’s already good enough and to stop straining himself, and when things get heated Souma will do whatever it takes to make sure Takumi doesn’t push himself to far. In the end, they’re just doing their best for each other}
