My version of Flowerfell. Frisk, Chara, and Flowey are the main focus because I think this friendship has a (skele) ton of potential that's sometimes overlooked.
I will not be shipping Frisk, Chara, or Flowey with anybody, including each other. In this story, Frisk is seven, Chara is thirteen, and Asriel/Flowey is twelve. I will include a few scenes of Sans x Grillby, and I may include Papyrus x Mettaton, but I'm not sure.
There will be angst, and a closer look at how Frisk's health would be affected by buttercups growing out of their skin. If you don't know what that would entail, please do research before reading. Saying that it isn't pretty would be an understatement.
There will be fluff and fun and shenanigans, it isn't JUST angst.

You're a Mer-siren and you live off the coast of Ireland in a lagoon on the island named Burrow Rock. You used to live with your parents, but even they couldn't help but be caught by those damn fishers.
The island was mostly abandoned, except for the occasional dolphins and seagulls. Because of self-isolation getting to you, you started talking to the fish, and everything seemed a lot more fun from then.
Burrow Rock wasn't too special, but it had its times when it never seemed to stop amazing you, which only made you long for the power to walk through it.
But alas, you were cursed with a shiny, green, glittery that bound you to the waters for obvious reasons, how are you supposed to walk with no feet? It's not like you had a wheelchair!
Everything was fine, besides the sailor men trying to kill your friends 24/7, everything was chill. Nobody was going to take anything from the island, or the island from you.
But who knew you were bound to end up in a bathtub of all things, on a cruise ship, miles away from your home, and with a skele-ton of new roommates for the next 5 days? You didn't, but golly this is gonna be fun.

A change came to your life, one where you were surrounded by alternates of your skeletons. They were nosey, pushy, and much louder than Papyrus. They were nothing like your skeletons, and you very much didn't approve. You didn't know how to act, you didn't know if you could trust them, didn't know how to trust them.
There were too many factors. Monsters were there that you couldn't be around. But maybe.. some can help you?

До того ж, їх стосунки трималися на повазі та довірі, а не страху та відсутній можливості піти. Принаймні, тоді Папайрус вважав це за правду.
А потім Санс просто не повернувся одного разу, зникнувши з людиною попід руку, прямуючи до Ватерфолу не озираючись.
Що ж, якщо він не збирався хоча б повідомити, що він живий, то нащо Папайрусу піклуватися?Або Санс та Папайрус розбрелися після падіння бар'єру. Треба невеликий поштовх спільного знайомого, щоб змусити їх врешті сісти та поговорити.

Maybe, along the way, she can find a reason to live.
or, eleven year old me wrote one of the saddest fanfic ideas i've ever had and nineteen year old me took on the mantle of finishing it with more tact and respect for the subject matter than an eleven year old could.

But you did... though not unscathed.
After succumbing for the first time to the wrath of Toriel, you wake up to the sensation of something growing on you. A golden flower trails the contours of your face, right where the goat dug her claws into you. While gazing at your reflection, your fingers follow the tendrils of its roots carefully. A display of your untimely death staring back at you, yet you were here anyway.
A cryptic buttercup by the name of Flowey guides you through the catacombs of the Underground, latching onto you like glue in hopes to also escape. As you travel through the caverns, you realize that teaching the monsters mercy may be harder than you initially thought. Despite this, you're not one to give up so easily. Forming an alliance with a certain skeleton turns out to be the best mistake you've ever made.
**flowerfell does NOT belong to me! this is just my take on the story since i found it very intriguing.**
