Will is struggling, he knows it. The hope is that talking to Deanna will help. Besides, it's time she learnt the truth about him. He didn't mean for it to go so far...
Deanna would be lying if she said she wasn't beginning to regret her career choices. She knew she needed some time off, but finding a time the ship wasn't in danger would be hard.
