“I have arrived,” Dave declared.
“I can see that,” Balthazar said. He set his glasses on top of the book at his side.
His apprentice staggered forward with the grace of a newborn deer but the confidence of a drunk sailor. “My thesis was defended and approved. The party has been thrown. And I am, finally, a free man.”
“Congratulations. I’m very proud,” Balthazar rasped. His voice was deep but amused.
That seemed to brighten Dave’s smile even more. “You know, I like it when you say stuff like that.”
Oh… he was drunk, drunk.or
Dave drunkenly confesses to Balthazar and probably starts something very heated...

Summary
An ongoing sequel to "The Little Morganian"!
Now that Maxim was staying with Becky as her little “bodyguard in disguise”, he was able to keep his powers. However, Balthazar and Dave worked together to keep Maxim in check so that if he decided to go rogue, they’d force him back into the Grimhold. Luckily, Maxim became quite comfortable being in Becky’s care and had no intention of changing his tune. Of course, Maxim seems to have no problem finding new ways of getting himself in mischeif.

Summary
Maxim Horvath is able to resurrect Morgana Le Fay after her defeat at the hands of Dave Stutler. However, rather than seek revenge, Morgana has parlayed for peace. Merlin is dead. All Morgana wants now is to spend the remainder of her life with her lover. Unfortunately, her insane nephew wants her prime powers, and he's abducted Horvath. Now Morgana and the others must decide what means more to them: their petty differences or Maxim's life.
