Summary

Summary
The final battle in the Spire of Deceit goes wrong. A last resort spell cast by Shadow Milk causes the space-time distortion of the Spire to warp, transporting the cookies within it into a strange, diverged reality.
Pure Vanilla meets the mysterious Sage of Truth, who can't seem to contain his manic curiosity about him... or the others who came with him. Shadow Milk meets the hauntingly familiar Truthless Recluse, who gently convinces him that everything is going to be okay again... misunderstanding everything in the process.
Their second problem is getting home.
Their first is figuring out they're not home in the first place.

Fate thought it had sealed itself when the threats of the second dark flour loomed over Crispia.
Atop a hill, the ancients lay ready with their armies. Jam will inevitably be spilled, as deaths will be unpreventable. They all are as ready as they can be when the echoes of cries and triumph screams fill the surrounding forest below them.
“So we meet again.” A familiar voice drawled, and as if to announce her presence once more, her sinister laugh echoed. “I will be merciful,” she drawled. “Surrender yourself to darkness, let it devour you. We will all be one, under one nation.”
A pause.
Her hand raised as she ushered a few of her subjects forward. The counterparts stepped up, each eyeing one another warily. The counterparts themselves, bound by a silent, selfish plan. A simple nod from one another before they acted accordingly.-
Through history, present, then future. Was reconciliation—redemption even possible if fate's strings decided to pull the Old Line of Heroes towards a different light, now only shun? The Fount of Knowledge is the last Virtue standing - the last beacon of hope in a world falling to ruin. No one ever thought about what would happen if only Some of the Beasts corrupted, and thus Pristine Milk must be sealed alongside those he once loved - now warped nearly beyond recognition.
Once the Beasts break free, thousands of years in the future, Pristine Milk has to learn to navigate a world wholly unfamiliar to him - and deal with the eons of trauma he's been ignoring. Turns out being locked in a tree for thousands of years makes your trauma worse! Who could've guessed?

After Dark Cacao decides to return to try and eliminate Mystic Flour so that one beast is out of the picture, he and his guards find out how Mystic Flour was before corruption.
Spoiler: she is terrified and has no idea what’s going on and just wants to lay down and have tea with her friends(mostly Silent Salt cause I ship it and I’m spreading propaganda)

“The spire is crumbling.”
What?
“It seems that the destruction of Master Shadow Milk’s souljam is what caused it, after all, he created it.” He was starting to feel a little guilty.
“But it’s not only the spire, it seems we are also crumbling. We are weakening day by day, Candy Apple and I are somewhat managing, but Master Shadow Milk… I don’t think he has much longer.” He's feeling a lot more guilty now.
Or, after Shadow Milk Cookie loses his souljam, the spire starts to crumble, and the deceit trio is suffering because of it. Pure vanilla decides to help and sees this as an opportunity for Shadow Milk to be his friend.
