When the Justice League is informed of the situation in Paris, Damian realizes that the League of Assassins may be trying to kill the Parisian heroes and steal the Zodiac Box. He moves to Paris to try and resolve the situation before any permanent damage can come of it. Only, Ladybug keep trying to (maybe?) flirt with him, and she wouldn't know subtle if it ran her through with a fire iron.
When Ra's al Ghul, Marinette's ultimate frenemy, offers to send her an assassin to train her and resolve the Hawkmoth situation, Marinette doesn't hesitate to accept. Enter Damian al Ghul, Marinette's new classmate, who is socially awkward, icily funny, and, apparently, a trained assassin. Marinette isn't sure he wants to be training her at all. He insists that he doesn't want to make friends, but when he tells her that he thinks of her as a friend... well, can she just say that she's honored?
In other words: Damian thinks Marinette is going to be killed by Ra's, Ra's and Marinette are frenemies, Marinette thinks Damian is supposed to train her but Damian thinks Marinette is trying to flirt with him, and they don't talk about any of it. And somehow, maybe, it'll all work out okay.

His mask of choice is difficult to make out from this distance, but it's something close to canine, with thin, sharp slits for eyes, and then there's the matter of his hair—all curly and dark, with delicate, premature silver whispering at the temples, and much longer than anything Stede's accustomed to seeing amongst the upper crust. He has the sudden urge to pluck the ribbon holding the man's hair in a delicate ponytail free and run his hands through the ensuing waterfall.
Stede's cheeks go hot at the thought, and the effect is dizzying. He pulls at the cravat around his neck to loosen it, hoping for a miracle of breeze to cool him, and as he does—
The man looks back at him, and he's caught.

▪high and mighty Sukuna who believes himself in the right and capable of doing no wrong, then Yuji just shatters his world view by existing.
Sukuna has to reevaluate his behavior real quick and consider that, maybe, he should have used more of his words early on.
▪In addition, the whole "Bad guy has some level of standards" trope is alive and well here. Sukuna who is an old-fashioned alpha wishing to do a proper courtship. Too bad he fumbled the initial attempt haha
▪The 'Frost Hermit' is Uraume, they were spared from watching the initial blundering of this slow-building relationship! They will certainly be subjected to hearing the story at a later date, however, with Sukuna and Yuji squabbling over the details while spending a night at Uraume's home.
▪the use of names. Sukuna seeking permission / testing the waters around this sort of intimacy while also being a dork at the end. He could have said any number of flowery compliments, but he chose to use the same simple words Yuji did. A smitten dork.
▪Yuji develops a habit of cuddling Sukuna's tail more often than Sukuna himself.
