Summary
With a glance over his shoulder he affirmed that no one noticed the scene on the balcony yet. Only a few elongated strides and he shifted into his demon form and bent over before you. His twin-tail picked up your scattered shoes as his arms hooked gently around your shoulders and below your knees to pick you up. Careful as not to wake you he pulled you into his arms and held you close to his chest as his body straightened up again.
It surely wasn't the first time he found some of the palace' guests asleep during an ongoing event, but it sure as hell was the first time he himself gathered this someone to assure continued rest.
