Summary
Taking place midway through the events of Mass Effect 2, Shepard is captured by the Collectors shortly after the events on Horizon. Although saved by his team, he has been experimented on to very visible effect, albeit unknown ends. It soon becomes obvious that the consequences of the Collectors' meddling are greater than any of the crew had imagined. A group of women--admirers, friends and comrades--do their best to help him, but strange events portend that all they do is by design.
A very plot-heavy story. Ultimately meant to be feel-good and happy, but there are hints of something more sinister underneath.
A spiritual successor to the story "An Awkward Request," previously hosted on HF but long-since deleted.

The war against the Reapers is heating up. Shepard and crew are trying to do everything in their power to keep the casualties to a minium. But petty fights, old grudges and prejudices stand in their way. He knows that Humanity has prepared for this for over a thousand years, but he can't help feel that even with that amount of time behind them, things will not be easy. The Normandy crew are ready to take the fight to the Reapers and stop the endless cycle of death and destruction that has plagued the galaxy for billions of years. Maybe they can keep the galaxy from tearing itself apart.

Summary
This follows the second game of Mass Effect and continues where Class.i.fied left off
No longer on the run from her own species, former Operative Erinyes, finds herself trapped on her home planet. Unable to leave, and unable to send or receive transmissions when the Vextra sealed the planet, Erinyes finds herself in her own personal hell away from Garrus. The planet was sealed when she told the Overseers that the Reapers will be arriving soon after she helped defeat Sovereign.
Erinyes must now find a way to get off her home world and back to Garrus. She also needs to get the Reaper weapon schematics back from her abuser, and get the weapons into production. Most importantly she has to convince the Overseers to join the Reaper war of this cycle instead of hide.
A tall order from someone the Overseers see as an object and below them
Garrus exhausts his way through every possible thing he could think of to get her off world, whereas Erinyes decides to show the Overseers what the human phrase 'Fuck around and find out' means. Opting to make their lives as miserable as they made hers.
How will she get off world?

Having stopped the Hive incursion on Eden Prime at the expense of being stuck in Commander Shepard's reality, Crow is offered a place on the Normandy. With nowhere to go, he accepts, and finds himself at the front of the fight against the Collectors, while at the same time trying to learn how to trust the ship's residents. In the end, though... maybe he's not 'stuck' after all.
'The video was of Crow and Tali at a dance machine, Tali stumbling along and Crow tearing up the dance floor to Speed Over Beethoven. At the end of the song, Tali leans on the machine and lets out a breathy giggle.
"Keelah, I'm awful!" she laughed.
"You're not that bad." Crow pats her shoulder, the movement hesitant as though he isn't sure whether his touch is welcome. What little the video captures of his face shows a splitting grin, face flushed dark with exertion, and he looks so damn happy. You would never think someone had shoved a bomb in his friend, or that he'd had an emotional roller coaster of a day.
"So, when you lose to me, I'm a bosht'tet, but you're actually happy losing to Crow?" Joker's voice cuts in from behind the camera.
"Crow is humble."
