Killua doesn’t respond, snuggling closer, and Gon’s chest fills with warmth.

He pauses and looks at Killua’s pink scarf.

Killua gasps and folds his arms across his chest.

Gon starts to laugh, and Killua puffs his cheeks out more.

Killua says that, but then he looks up at Gon with those big blue eyes and small fingers reaching out. Gon hands him the pizza slice, and Killua chews it.
Gon takes his greasy thumb and rubs Killua’s cheek.
“I love you.”
He mutters, and Killua jerks his head up.
“E-Eh?!”
Gon pauses and rubs the back of his neck.
Whoops.
They’re roommates… with benefits…
“I- uh! Love your Chocorobot panties! A bunch! They look really cute on you!”
Gon sweats. He isn’t sure that’s any better.

Now stuck in another world entirely, Killua has to search for a way to remove a needle his brother had hidden somewhere in his body as he adjusts to this new world.

Killua floats up and goes to poke the demon in the forehead, but it goes right through Gon.
Which only makes Killua puff out his cheeks further.
“You! Meanie! Gon!”
Gon chuckles, and magic pulses through him as it surrounds his form.
“Alrighty!”
He grins at Killua, and Killua stares at him suspiciously.
He waits a moment more before diving down and burying his face in Gon’s chest.
Gon smiles softly and wraps his arms around Killua’s small form.
He knows Killua misses getting warmth and affection, and Gon can provide it since he’s a demon and all. As long as he uses a bit of magic.
Killua nuzzles his head there, and Gon’s cold heart warms.
