  Summary

  Theo is a vigilante, but only kinda. He builds things; metallic lions, spy birds, metal-plated snakes, and sends them out to defend the world around him. Occasionally he pulls a prank to make his opinion on something known, but that's about it. He handles gangs and muggers from the shadows, and is keeping an eye on this All For One 'Sensei' guy when the League of Villains decide messing with his favorite annoying pro-hero is a good idea.

  It isn't.

  Or: the Police and Heroes have no way of dealing with this vigilante (despite the fact that he's a mess), Izuku is a ray of sunshine, and Afo can eat his own teeth.
