Hizashi knew there was no reason for Shouta to be near the attack he was hearing about on the news, he knew his apartment was just a short walk from his own and this fight was happening about a train station away and Shouta didn't mention needing to go anywhere special.
But the news stated that this villain had been discovered by a high school student, one from Yuuei at that, and that student was alone with the villain for a while before a pro was able to intervene. Even if it wasn't Shouta, he still likely knew who this happened to, but it might be Shouta, so that's all he can think about.
