Summary
The trial takes a toll on everyone, especially Trent Ikithon's prized students. After the guilty verdict, Caleb finds himself in a fog of emotions. When he finds himself alone with the only two people who can understand his feelings, he begs to be made useful again- anything to feel some control over the situation.
The three of them fall easily back into their old games as they all try to lose themselves in their past.A fic centered on unhealthy coping mechanisms and how Blumendrei will always fall back on what they know, no matter how unhealthy.
