"Happy birthday, I guess", said Yoongi, while passes the plastic bag containing the after care product. The said boy just gives him a little chuckle and said "thank you" while reaching for the plastic bag and prepare to leave.

(Important explanation: this is not like the Kelvin timeline, something happened to mess up the timeline, thus creating an alternate timeline, but it happened some years before Kirk became captain, in this universe Kirk's dad didn't die and the USS Kelvin isn't destroyed by Romulans, its safed by USS Bangtan (made up ship). So yes, Bangtan crew is about 20 to 30 years older than capt Kirk. This plot does somewhat follow ST2009 loosely but diverge as much as details and alien species.)

“Nooo,” Jimin moans, futilely tugging at his arm, which is clenched in Taehyung’s grip as the taller boy excitedly stumbles forward. They’re leaving the protective circle of light around the house, and Jimin begins to shiver, both from the cold and from fear.
Jimin squeezes his eyes shut and prays.
What if it’s a wild animal? What if it’s going to eat them—oh God, please—
“It’s a boy!” Taehyung shouts, shaking Jimin like a ragdoll and jolting him from his panic induced stupor. “He’s injured and, oh my God, are those wings?”
Jimin pries one eye open, ready to snap at Taehyung for his stupid jokes, when he catches sight of the boy.
His breath hitches.
Those are fucking wings.
(Jungkook is only seven when he crashlands from the heavens into the lives and hearts of six mismatched boys in the middle of a winter storm. Call it impulsive, perhaps, but he knows then and there that he's not letting go.)

Hopefully, they can make it to a place where they can be safe. The two would be fine on their own, if they didn't have a baby to worry about as well.
