Summary
He swore this Keyblade would be the utter end of him. And frankly, he's about five seconds away from screaming at the two birds who won't leave his side "I told you so".
After a fight against a gigantic Heartless goes south, the wounded and bone-tired trio of Anima, José, and Panchito are told by their gummi ship's crew to take a mandatory break of at least several days, if not a week, to recover and unwind while they do some repairs. They land in Traverse Town with the hopes of potentially securing some rooms at the Second District's hotel for the night and then plan where to go from there.
But of course, Anima's luck just can't let that happen without a major issue. The hotel, which has a bed occupany policy, raised their prices since their last visit, and they only have enough munny to afford two rooms, not three.
Luckily, the social interaction-hating teenager has a brilliant plan in mind: get two rooms for José and Panchito to sleep in, not tell them he doesn't have a place to stay, sneak off somewhere to sleep, and then make it back without them needing to know or worry.
Such a brilliant plan, right?
............Right?
