There she makes a handful of good Friends, befreinds a few Pro Heroes who help her persue her dream of being a Pro hero.
The Aincrad Ark is Told Purely from the Perspective of Izumi Midoriya, where she is Recalling Notable Experiances of her Two Year Journey in SAO to Detective Tsukauchi and All Might in her hospital Room.

Izuku Midoriya is having the worst day of his life. First, his childhood friend tells him to kill himself. Then, he gets attacked by a sludge guy who wants to suffocate him and use his body like a flesh puppet. And when the number one hero All Might comes and saves him, his idol says that he can't become a hero!
Literally the worst day.
Maybe playing that game that was released today will pick up his spirits.
Or, Izuku finds himself and thousands of others trapped in a virtual reality nightmare where they must clear the game or die trying.

Summary
Izuku Midoriya is an ordinary boy with a passion for heroes, this is true. That doesn't mean he can't have other interests (though all pale in comparison to his obsession with capes and cowls). Video games aren't just fun, they offer an escape.
Sword Art Online is the launch game for the brand new gaming system, the NerveGear, the first example of accessible FullDive technology on the market. No heroes or even magic. Just swords and skill. Izuku can't help but fall in love. Things quickly take a dark turn though, when upon the game's full release, 10 000 players are trapped inside the game with their only hope of escape being the completion of the 100 floors of vicious monsters, cunning traps and terrifying bosses.
The world they came from is used to relying on heroes to save the day. What happens when the 10 000 trapped souls must rely on themselves and each other instead?
