Summary
As the mummies of kings crawl forth from the sands of a dead land, King Kiaphas — HERO OF NEHEKHARA! — is happy to be hiding in Zandri with his new barbarian subjects. Aside from the occasional battle against rival Tomb Kings, everything is pleasant and there isn't a cursed priest within a hundred miles.
But Kiaphas and his barbarians exist at the pleasure of Settra the Imperishable. And the Imperishable has a task for him that will lead Kiaphas into the jaws of another kind of undeath ...
