Summary
Jervis Tetch, The mad Hatter. That was all that Gotham knew him by, they didn't know the small clock shop owner who only wanted to support his three sisters, being roped into some drug trade and taken to Arkham on the account that he had mild depression and some form of not found bi-polar. Until he was taken to under Arkham and tortured to become the rhyming mad man by the name of hatter.
(This is kinda a back story at the beginning but then goes more towards Jervis's daily life. Thank you for your understanding.)
