Summary
When the others leave for Sardinia to hunt down the Boss, Pannacotta Fugo decides to stay behind, insisting that his choice is based on reason.
Over the next few hours, Fugo becomes overcome with anger and grief as he slowly realizes that he has now lost the only family he has ever had.
Fortunately, there's still time. Fugo has a chance, albeit a small one, to attempt to reverse the choice he has now come to regret.
But will he make it in time?
(AKA the AU where Fugo regrets his decision to leave the gang and comes back. Due to canon divergence, Purple Haze Feedback does not take place.)

In a modern world Giorno and Mista are a couple and besides Mista's fear of coming out of the closet they have a perhaps bigger problem... Giorno's parents, Dio and Jonathan being racist against people from the south, and since Mista is from Calabria...
Setting: Modern days, no mafia, JonaDio are Giorno's parents (I refuse to elaborate further) and moved in Milan with him when he was four years old. They're the classic high and mighty snobby rich people from Milan, you know, the stereotype, which means they lowkey hate Mista, who is a southerner. Mista lives in a shared apartment with Bucciarati and Abbacchio; he, Giorno and Narancia go to the same highschool (Trish too) while Abbacchio and Bucciarati are in the same university and Fugo is the friend who moved to study in another city (Bologna) and comes back sometimes to spend time with his friends.
I called this Dripping in Milano because the person I'm writing this for said the title isn't important, which shows how seriously written this is... I apologise, I just had to take them up on this challenge
