Summary
Believing that everything in his life could be fixed if he had only become class president in High School, Heinz Doofenshmirtz uses his past invention, the De-Age-inator, to become 18 years old again and quickly enrolls in Danville High. However, in the high school political arena, Doof faces fierce competition from his opponent, a girl named Candace Flynn, whom smells something fishy about the new "exchange student" and soon sets out to bust him!
When the two are paired as soccer rivals and then lab partners, though, their mutual understanding soon works against them and turns their fierce rivalry into something neither of them expected.
Heinz now has to ask himself if he's evil enough to take his daughter's friend to the prom before taking over the Tri-State area, while Candace has to answer, once she gets the evidence she craved, if she's prepared to bust someone she's fallen in love with? And if she'll really be okay this time when everything disappears.
It seems neither teenagehood nor middle agedness is all it's cracked up to be.

Perry’s life had settled into blissful routine: kids with their sleepovers, lunches with the family, and a husband who loved to tinker. Then one day, he made a stupid mistake. He'd let his guard down for only a couple seconds while watching Heinz work on one of his -inators, then moments later, he was accidentally hit by it, turning back into his preteen self. Of course, he doesn't remember any of that, so what else was he supposed to think when he's found himself randomly 'kidnapped' by a strange, middle-aged man? Autumn comes to Danville and Phineas and Ferb and friends prepare to enjoy the season to the fullest. Meanwhile, Candace struggles with the decision whether she should keep her summer job as Heinz Doofenshmirtz's intern or go to college, as her mother keeps urging her to do.
However, as shadows seem to suddenly encapsulate the city, thoughts of devising fresh ways to rake leaves or choosing what to go out for as Halloween swiftly fade into that same darkness as friends and loved ones start to disappear and Candace finds that she might not even have a future, as she and her brothers band together to take on the unknown monster threatening them all.
It soon becomes a perilous choice which leads to Candace, at last, coming face to face with the Mysterious Force she feels has been out to harm her all along...

At the neighboring middle school, the kids face puberty head-on and struggle to express their changing feelings. Featuring celebrity guests, visitors from the future, a production of Rodgers and Hammerstein’s Cinderella, gaming the system to prevent being isekai’d, vampires (for real this time), Ultron dropping Sokovia on Drusselstein, and charitable volunteer work. After that, who knows? Growing up is hard to do and is also a journey with no end.
