Albert was in a conundrum. A self-made one. You see, he'd been so excited about reuniting with his old friend that he'd promised to take Barok out for a day in celebration—forgetting, unfortunately, that he had barely a shilling to his name, while Barok was, well... Barok van Zieks. Just one of his shattered vintage wines was probably worth a month of Albert’s rent. What's a poor man to do?
In which Albert figures out how to get out of the hole he dug himself into, and the two friends realize that recent events have not yet been settled.
