Summary
Xephos wasn’t really sure what happened next.
One moment the cloaked figure had a knife to Lalna’s neck. The next moment, Xephos had flipped him over his shoulder, pinned him to the ground and kicked the knife out of his reach.
Lalna stared with his mouth agape at Xephos as he panted harshly and glared down at the cloaked stranger, his elbow pinned into his throat.
