“If you want to sleep with my husband, that’s fine,” Pudding had said, far too sweetly.
Zoro had stared at her blankly, not knowing how to process the words that tumbled out of her mouth so easily. After the secrets and the sneaking around and the hours and hours of Sanji fretting over Pudding and leaving their small bed to go be with Pudding, and here she was, fine with it.
“Most people in our social class keep mistresses,” Pudding then said, sipping her tea oh-so-casually. “It’s practically a scandal if you don’t.”
