These are dark times. Lord Cutler Beckett has now gained the heart of Davy Jones and controls the Flying Dutchman who he sends to destroy pirates and one of the few people brave enough to go up against them, captain Jack Sparrow now faces eternal damnation in Davy Jones' locker
It's ultimately up to Catherine Norrington née Swann, her sister Elizabeth, her almost brother-in-law Will and the entire crew of the Black Pearl led by a resurrected Hector Barbossa to find a way to save him and stop Beckett and Jones before it's too late and the age of piracy has ended forever.
It also doesn't help that Catherine has found out that she has some kind of mental connection with the very mysterious priestess Tia Dalma that she has to figure out all by herself and that the path is filled with betrayal, even from those closest to her who she thought she could always trust.
Meanwhile, James Norrington has sacrificed his freedom to work for Beckett in order to protect his wife. Being forced to kill the people that he knows Catherine now belongs to, he can only pray for her forgiveness and hope she isn't on any of the ships they attack as he asks himself one thing:
Will he ever see her again?

Grindelwald trifft auf Jack in Davy Jones' Locker, während Harry, Hermine, Snape und der junge Dumbledore auf die restliche Crew stößt, die Jack retten wollen. Doch es wurde noch viel mehr in diese Welt geworfen, als die Zauberer vermuten. Sie müssen erstmal Davy Jones besiegen, um nach einer Lösung für ihr Problem zu finden. Sie treffen auf viele Bekannte, die sie nicht erwartet hatten und mal mehr und mal weniger hilfreich sind.
Die Story folgt streng den Ereignissen des dritten und vierten Fluch der Karibik-Teil, doch erlaubt sich auch Dinge anzupassen, da die Zauberer in einer Welt mit Schwertern und Pistolen sehr mächtig sind, gerade weil Grindelwald und auch Dumbledore aus den 1920er Jahren mitmischen.
Für alle Fans, die etwas verrücktes lesen wollen.

The Davy Jones/Will Turner fic I've been waiting for. You made me write this myself. Jones is a daddy dom who drinks respect consent juice. Will Turner is a virgin. That is ALL canonical.
This takes place immediately after the extended liar's dice scene which, as we all witnessed, was dripping with untapped homoeroticism. Disney deleted it because they knew it would fucking awaken the masses.
Expanded Davy Jones lore, side character development, growth, exploration, sea battles, etc. THE definitive "I wanted to write some explicit one-offs but now it's turned into a 90k epic that completely revamps the narratives of the entire second and third movies." Huge divergence from canon in all respects.
Elizabeth and Will embracing friendship & guiding each other through their growing romances with a god and a devil.
Jones/Turner and Elizabeth/Calypso parallels foils infighting nausea crying shaking throwing up.
Making some art for it too.
