Summary
Returning from her seven year disappearance, billionaire and CEO of Chang Enterprises Kaitlyn Chang (Hailee Steinfeld) embarks on a journey ot self discovery to becoming New York City's vigilant protector, the Batwoman, making strides in her crusade against crime and corruption that plagued her beloved hometown of New York City years since the murder of her parents at the tender age of 8 years old.
Back in her original surroundings, Kaitlyn adopts the image of a bat to strike fear into the criminals and the corrupt as the icon known as "Batwoman" in a growing oppressive and corrupt society ruled where rights are heavily trampled on.
But it doesn't stay quiet for long as a new threat Kaitlyn knew personally would test her to her limits and those she cares about in her crusade against injustice.

Summary
This is an amalgam of various plots from The Dark Knight, Batman v Superman, and what's currently going on in reality to give a dark and more adult themed story where it shows the aftermath and consequences of voting poorly and how it affects those around you and the slow, painful journey the US would take to recover from the aftermath of the poor and corrupt policies of the previous two presidents with a negative stain on the reputation of America and how the country can come back from it.
This shows the slow path America takes in order to eventually rise fully from the abyss the country is in because of the choices politicians and the American people made that brought about negative consequences and how it breeds extremities.

Summary
This essentially recaps over the first fanfiction and fleshes the events that occur there far more but with the side characters responding to said events, especially the characters from No One Would Tell.
However, Kaitlyn doesn't outright make an appearance because the last story had her as the main protagonist, this one is centered around a spinoff character as the protagonist and how Kaitlyn's actions inspired as well as affected everyone around her from Samuel Nguyen's perspective as well as the consequences that take place.
And if Kaitlyn does make an appearance, it's a fleeting cameo or so by reference. It's still a story that is darker and serious in tone primarily but will build to a slightly lighter tone in a slow, gradual manner.
