Summary
When the Riders return to Berk for a much-needed weeklong break, they don’t expect their biggest challenge to be babysitting. But thanks to Snotlout’s chaotic home life, they’re suddenly responsible for his newest baby sister, Adelaide. With Freda bedridden from illness, Spitelout proving to be as useless at parenting as ever, and Snotlout running on zero sleep after weeks of caring for the baby, it falls to Hiccup and the Riders to keep the tiny Jorgenson alive, happy, and quiet.
Between diaper disasters, dragon-related babysitting mishaps, and Snotlout’s fraying sanity, the gang quickly learns that fighting dragon hunters might actually be easier than handling one very loud infant. Along the way, the others are reminded that Snotlout is more than just a show-off brute—he’s a tired, overworked brother who cares deeply for his family.
But with Berk relying on them, Freda’s health still uncertain, and Spitelout being Spitelout, will the Riders survive their week of babysitting duties… or will Adelaide prove to be their toughest challenge yet?
