Summary
Russel considers himself to be a pretty average guy, other than the fact that he listens to hyperpop obsessively, and dresses up to reflect the aesthetic. He has a girlfriend, and works at an average job. So life is going pretty smoothly for him. But when some guy with a spiky blue pompadour who happens to share his interest in hyperpop enters his life, things start to get more exciting.
This story features my original character Russel and Wally from the Hyperpop Punk AU made by Nana (More information on her in notes)
