  Summary

  General Sorrengail tries to force Violet into the rider's quadrant but with the help of Markham and Cam gets appointed as Markham's protege at the age of 18.

  Xaden Riorson joins the rider's quadrant with the only other option being death, and shoulders the weight as a leader of rebellion while absolutely failing at not flirting with youngest Sorrengail.
