You turned to see Karlach had sat against the headboard, and you had to admire her for a few seconds, her hands on her strong thighs, her eyes on you as she waited. "Don't keep me waiting, sweetheart."
"Remember how last time you had a gift for me? And how good it was?"
She smirked, all pride and teeth, tongue swiping at her lower lip. "Oh yeah, I do fucking remember, no worries about that."
"Well..." You trailed off, feet moving you closer to the edge of the bed, hands still hiding the gift behind your back. "Remember my idea?"

“What took you so long?” Tav spoke, in Haarlep’s voice, in their feminine body. Her wings were spread out behind her, tail flicking slightly with mock agitation, as she swirled wine lazily in a glass barely bothering to look over at the new arrival. Just like Haarlep told her.
“I can take as long as I wish, Harlot. And why, may I ask, have you chosen that body tonight?” He walked over casually, sitting on the other end of the bed.
Tav’s heart quickened a little, it was…different, to see him like this. “Technically, it is my body, so I may decorate it as I wish. Or were you hoping I might have a different look for you to try out? Something decidedly more…rodent, perhaps?” She was suddenly glad that her skin was already bright red, the implication they made whilst speaking for her, from her… It was almost as exciting as the reaction she saw from Raphael.

You tilted your head to the side, curious as to what she was talking about, "What did you find?"

A purring whisper. Cold lips that brushed over his own, stealing his breath, his words. He was unravelling. Losing his sense of self, locked in a pair of spilled-blood eyes that could split him open at will and pick through his identity like pretty rocks on a beach. Like something out of a dream, Tav felt himself nodding, but Astarion wasn’t satisfied. Once-gentle fingers dug into his chin, holding him still.
“You have to say the words, lover.”

Tav is aware that the ritual at Cazador's palace left Astarion changed. He mourns the loss of the man he loved, but isn't able to let go of what he has become. Willingly courting his own downfall, he gives himself over to a vampire's half-life of shadow, and finds himself torn open to a world of regret.

After enduring Abdirak's penance and receiving the blessing of Loviatar, Tav wonders if there might be more they could learn from the priest.
"Your masterful hand gave me pleasure within the pain that I will struggle to forget." You step close to him and sink to your knees, looking up at him with hungry eyes. "Please, allow me to show you my thanks, if you are amenable?"
"I am more than amenable to your thanks, my sweet child. I have been travelling for many, many months and it has been some time since I have felt so sensually connected to the gift of pain."
An alternate path where Abdirak joins the camp and teaches Tav the ways of Loviatar.

Shadowheart's gaze, already blissful and distant, softens. Her hands shift out of the mess they’ve made of Tav’s hair and begin to pet them softly. She pushes the hair out of Tav’s eyes, tucks a thick lock behind their ear, wipes the errant tear from their cheek, gently scrapes her fingernails back through their hairline. A shiver runs down Tav’s spine, through each limb, and back again at the sensation.
“Tav,” Shadowheart eventually mutters, and her hands come to rest on their cheeks, tilting their face up and away from her lap. Tav’s face has gone numb. By the tingle in their lips, their mouth is likely a bit red and swollen, and they are no doubt absolutely covered with Shadowheart’s slick. They’re out of breath, gazing at Shadowheart patiently while she gently cradles their face.
They pray Shadowheart likes how this looks, because Tav loves how this feels.
