“I want to go I think it’d be fun!” Lucy says, finally breaking the silence
The others stare at her, each with varying degrees of skepticism. Ivy stops her relentless drumming, tilting her head in thought. Ruben glances at Oisin, who has been eerily quiet since Fabian’s invitation had been extended. Mary Ann, as unreadable as ever, simply shrugs.
“You want to go to a party thrown by the Bad Kids?” Ivy asks, folding her arms.

After the events of their Junior Year The Bad Kids in form of a peace offering invite the remaining Rat Grinders to a party, it gets rowdy and emotional as any good Aguefort party should. We follow both parties and co. in the aftermaths, through the summer, as they try to form a friendship with people that they fought to the death.

Summary
Oisin’s clawed hand squeezes her shoulder. “C’mon, jewel, let’s go get some fresh air, huh?”
None of this makes sense and Adaine, grasping at straws, manages to shoot a Message to Fig, as the bard turns to talk to Riz – “Are you just going to leave me alone with him?”
Fig’s reply is confused, and it only leaves Adaine further bewildered. “Why wouldn’t I leave you alone with your boyfriend? Did you guys have a fight?”
What.
OR: Adaine asks for help on their way to the final confrontation with Porter, Jace, and the Rat Grinders. She's sent one year into the future to find the answers she's looking for.

Ragenarok is over. Elmville is safe. The Rat Grinders' shatterstars are broken, but Adaine isn't as quick to forgive them as the rest of the Bad Kids. Especially not Oisin. Little does she know, while Oisin may not have a crystal in his chest anymore, something else threatens to take its place.
Some shards are harder to get rid of...so what's left behind?

Summary
Ivy had the same wit and smart remarks that Aelwyn did, and the two of them fell into the same sort of comfortable banter, but Ivy wasn’t nearly as bitchy as she had been with the rage shard in her. All of The Bad Kids were obsessed with Mary Ann—even Gorgug, who seems to have gotten … extremely close to the kobold over the summer, and now that Ruben knew about Wanda Childa (Adaine chuckles to herself at this, that the ruse had even gone on that long), him and Fig were forming a genuine relationship based on their love of music, and not the insanity that came with tricking a kid to love your Alter Emo.
No one knows where Buddy Dawn went. Ivy remembered him being … obsessive when it came to the false god name Fig had originally given Porter. She briefly wonders what could have happened if Kristen had gotten through to him, had been able to sit and talk to him about what Helio truly was. Bobby Dawn left shortly after his nephew, to all of their welcome, especially Fig and Sandra Lynn.
Kipperlilly is still dead.
So … that solves that problem.
And Hakinvar had backed out of his party’s summer cleanup project forty five seconds after Augefort had assigned it to them.

Summary
Fig cackled. “Okay, we all go thrifting tomorrow and if we don’t find something we can all just go naked.”
“I actually think I’m gonna be busy during Homecoming, I can’t go,” Gorgug said flatly.
Kristen laughed and put her head up to peer over at Fig. “It’s okay, I’ll go naked with you.”
“We’ll be wearing suits, just a different kind!” Fig laughs cheerfully.
The cleric snorts again while the other four groaned. “Stop going to school naked, oh my god I should not have to keep telling you that,” Riz said, his hands covering his face.
“It’s just a body, Riz!” Kristen shot back. She tried to take her tank top off but the rogue tackled her, stopping her from scarring any of them any further.

Summary
Fig beams and adjusts herself so that she’s comfortably resting her head on top of Riz’s, the rogue still rubbing his arm from where she landed on him. “I am a german shepherd.”
“You’re my german shepherd!” Kristen calls out before blowing a very loud and dramatic kiss to Fig. The girl catches it and presses it to her chest with a grin.
“My beloved President!”
“Should we give you guys the room, or…” Ivy asks slyly, glancing between the two of them, then at Kipperlilly with her head in her hands and Ayda, no longer needing to cast 'Comprehend Subtext' to understand Fig and Kristen's constant back-and-forth.
Fig looks over to her girlfriend and winks at her. “I only have eyes for you, babe,”
Ayda’s face flushes and the heat that she normally radiates grows hotter.
“You guys are all a bunch of prudes if you’re not a little gay with all of your friends,” Kristen says to the group, her gaze lingering just long enough on Ivy to make her back off and slump back in her chair.

Summary
Most people when facing a mirror will admonish what they see, picking out the imperfections and cursing out the image with their exasperated sighs. Most people when facing someone exactly like them with curse them out and admonish their existence, hating them for no reason other than their similarities.
The Ratgrinders have been presented to the Badkids as mirror images, distorted as if through a funhouse. But it's still them, staring back. The only thing the two groups see are everything they want, everything they could have, and everything they hate.
Six scenes where each Bad Kid faces their Ratgrinder counterpart, and they realize that there is no competition, and the rivalry is all in their heads. Plus a bonus seventh scene where the Bad Kids get together and get to just be friends for a single moment, they can breathe in the comfort of each other's presence.

Summary
"The more time that Oisin spent with the Bad Kids, the less he understood why Kipperlily hated them so much. It wasn’t because they were genuinely nice people (they were) or that they didn’t deserve all the hype (they did), but because they were all such fucking dorks."
The summer after Junior Year, Oisin reflects on the Bad Kids and their growing relationships with the former Rat Grinders.

You are offered these warning signs.
Still, there is nothing you can do to stop it."

Summary
“I’ve heard a couple students going around preaching about Ivy’s role as student body president.” Riz holds himself as he always does; confident but not cocky, sweet but not sickly. A thin layer conceals his intentions that could be easily uncovered with a simple scratch. “I’d like to say congrats on the small victory. Just a couple hundred more students to go, hm?”
“Yup. Seems like it.” Kipperlilly sets aside her crystal to give her full attention to the goblin, matching his energy with a strained smile of her own. “I’m just glad that she’s putting herself out there. It’s nice to have a candidate that doesn’t hide behind their friends to seem interesting, huh?”
The High 5 Heroes encounter the Bad Kids during lunch. It ends how you’d expect.

Summary
“I just don’t get it,” she messages back to Oisin in her hiding spot, “it’s his party at his house! Why is he so hard to find?!”
The dragonborn spares her a glance from where he’s been sitting at a poorly kept bar, not making it obvious to those around him he was staring at someone. “I don’t know. It’s probably got something to do with their evil plot.”
Her eye suddenly catches on a familiar tuft of ginger hair, and she can now see Kristen standing alone with a cup of water. Her hair is done up in two separate braids to rival her usual appearance of a single braid, and she stands in observance with a tight smile on her face.
“Look to your left in that corner near the couch.” The rogue messages to the wizard, who casually tilts his head in the location she specified. “Guess someone showed up after all.”
Fabian’s birthday party with the people who showed up and the ones who didn’t.

Summary
A brief, artistic retelling of Ruben's story in Junior Year, with more compassion. Because he was a kid, and so were all of The Rat Grinders.
