During a mission, the League finds Barry regressed as a child.
Secrets come out as the League members take care of Barry, and eventually Bette Sans Souci and a kid named Albert Desmond. As the team, especially Bruce and Diana, help Barry cope with trauma and the pressures of having powers, Diana questions her faith in humanity and ultimately herself and Bruce faces some inner demons regarding his family and a certain Robin.The scientist behind Barry's condition, an orphaned teen, and the Rogues send the League on a goosechase in the attempt to please a mysterious alliance known as the Secret Society. When the League is at their lowest point, Barry has to take it whether he's ready or not.
