Summary
So you could imagine the surprise Tsukishima felt when he slammed his door open, only to find a teary-eyed Yamaguchi Tadashi, someone he hadn’t spoken to in so long he couldn’t remember the last time he did. Not since his—former?—best friend had jumped into a relationship with a man who clearly had an aversion to him.
But nonetheless, Yamaguchi Tadashi was standing there, barely holding his gaze.
"Can I stay here tonight?" Yamaguchi hiccupped in the smallest voice.
Tsukishima simply stepped aside to let him in.
But when Yamaguchi brushed past him and he noticed he was barely holding it together, Tsukishima blocked his path and pulled him close. Yamaguchi didn’t hesitate, he buried his face in Tsukishima’s chest, suddenly shaken by sobs.
"I should’ve called, I…"
"Shut up Yamaguchi," Tsukishima whispered into his hair. Stripped of any resentment, the words stumbled out of his mouth more like a mantra, a soft but genuine attempt to remind him of who they once were.
Or, despite growing distant, Yamaguchi shows up one night at Tsukishima’s door, needing a place to stay. From that moment, Tsukishima believes that miracles do exist. -

Summary
Six years away and suddenly, everything feels smaller. The streets of Sendai, the sky, even her old house it’s all familiar, yet strangely distant.
(Y/N) didn’t expect much when she moved back to Japan. Just a quiet life, a new start, maybe a few awkward stumbles with her half-forgotten Japanese. She definitely didn’t expect him.
Tsukishima Kei.
Still tall, still sharp-tongued, still wearing that same unimpressed look that once drove her insane.
Their reunion wasn’t cinematic, just a rainy street, a broken umbrella, and her lost again (some things never change). But somewhere between the sarcastic remarks, the shared walks home, and the quiet pauses that linger a little too long, something starts to shift.
Maybe it’s nostalgia.
Maybe it’s something more.
All she knows is that being back in Sendai feels less lonely when he’s there, even if he still pretends not to care.

Summary
Kei Tsukishima thought he had it all figured out, until the lie that shattered everything.
His brother’s false claim of once standing on Karasuno’s court leaves Kei disillusioned, bitter, and hollow. What was once his passion becomes a reminder of betrayal, and with every passing day, he sinks deeper into isolation. To the world, it looks like arrogance. In truth, it’s despair carefully masked behind a sharp tongue and an unreadable stare.
Haunted by grudges he can’t release, drawn toward destructive habits he swore he’d never touch, Kei spirals through loneliness, depression, and the kind of thoughts he refuses to name.
His only constant is Tadashi Yamaguchi, his best friend since childhood, the one tether keeping him from falling apart. But even that bond grows complicated when Kei begins to realize his feelings run deeper than friendship. Now torn between denial and desire, intimacy and low energy, Kei must confront the mask he’s hidden behind for so long.
Will he let his walls crumble before he loses the one person who still believes in him, or will he drown in the silence he’s created?
