The Withering was something no one would expect to expand at such a length. With the obstruction of forbidden knowledge from Lesser Lord Kusanali, and the Withering slowly, but surely being hacked away from forest rangers and travelers, it seemed the life-sucking force would be gone soon. The people of Sumeru were always weary and avoidant of this species of plant, since if you were in a Withering zone for more than a couple seconds you were dead without a vision. So, seeing its destruction by vision wielders and the mighty traveler and Paimon made Sumeru finally breathe again and venture into the lush forests like they used to.
Instead, something slipped.

Summary
The amulet is only supposed to make the emperor fall in love with him. It is not meant to show Kaveh a vision of his former life where he learns his current reality is the plot of a web novel, but it does that, too, somehow.
This revelation allows Kaveh to start fixing all the tragedies that befall the characters in the novel. It allows him to truly connect with others and find companionship where his ignorant counterpart only found loneliness.
But it also makes Kaveh feel terrible when Al-Haitham falls in love with him instead of the heroine, Nilou. It’s all because of the spell, Kaveh repeats to himself, but his traitorous heart starts feeling emotions it most definitely shouldn’t.
But… maybe the curse isn’t what Kaveh thought it was. Maybe, at the end of the day, this could be real.

In order to provide her children with a better education, she has also been looking for people who are ready to teach in Aaru Village with her.

One day Kaveh found Haitham lying unconscious on the repository’s floor. He managed to take him to Bimarstan, where he woke up after a while. All Alhaitahm could say was “Cyno”, “pen”. So, when Kaveh got to Haitham’s office to look for a trace of the Matra’s whereabouts, he found the journal. Now, he was a man with a mission… reunite Cyno and Alhaitham as this is a rare and strange case of lovesickness.
