In my writing I deal a lot with the kind of intimacy that blurs the lines between the physical and the emotional. As much as I am in love with the spectacular flexibility and power of the English language, I became intrigued at how the same kind of content would feel like in Latin. Latin has a completely different texture, much more viscous, words are conglomerated together by declination and syntax. So of course I had to try! This is my exercise book, I'll add to it as I proceed.
I used lines from my past works for the exercise, not because I consider them particularly worthy, but just because I can be totally confident of the intended meaning when I deconstruct them in the way translation requires.
