Summary
When Kaito is desperate and his friends are tired of him whining about his unrequited love for a certain Shinichi Kudō, Akako Koizumi, self-proclaimed part-time witch and a sort of friend of his, decides to help him out and 'casts a spell' on him so that Kaito and Shinichi will officially meet and finally realize that they are meant for each other...
