Summary
Loki just wanted a break and with the help of the Light Elves of Alfheim he was able to get that break for 21 years. He was able to find happiness and love. He was even able to have a child with his love. Only for it to all be torn away even the memory of it.
Harri Potter has always felt uncomfortable in her body. She believed that she was the Freak she was called until she learned she was a witch. Then she found that the weight of the wizarding world was a heavy burden she didn't desire. It wasn't until her fifth year though that she found the courage to be true to herself.
For it is known to the Goblins that to use a Blood Quill as many times as she did would mark your very soul with the words. Harri is no longer able to lie, not even to themself. Dumbledore will curse the day he set a child up to be killed by the Dark Lord he himself created. The wizarding world will curse the day that they placed the burden of being saved on the shoulders of a child. But above all Odin All-father will curse the day he made his adopted son forget the fact that he had a child on Midgard and allowed that child to be beaten and harmed.

Summary
Thor convinced Loki to come live in the Avengers Tower when he doesn't want to return to Asgard and has nowhere better to go. Midgard lets him stay with Loki's agreement to regularly scheduled therapy and promise of becoming a better person, potentially even becoming an asset to the Avengers in the future. Loki quickly learns that he has a lot to heal from and he is going to hate every second of it. The Avengers slowly learn Loki may not be all that bad and maybe just needs some support.
In short: Loki lives in Avengers Tower and heals from his trauma while slowly becoming part of the Avengers family, told through snippets of Loki's life.
Fair warning, I might randomly abandon this project. I will update this summary if I do.

When an old enemy of Asgard returns Loki is the only one to realize the connection between it and the Light Elf so many had overlooked based on her station. Despite their efforts to maintain a distance the two find themselves drawn together as they fight to save Asgard. When the time comes for Thor to ascend the throne things change, Loki changes, and Kenna finds herself pulled into a world that is bigger than she knew.
